Differential Regulation of Immune Biomarkers by the Trivedi Effect®- Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment Based Herbomineral Formulation in Male Sprague Dawley Rats

<p style="text-align:justify;">A new proprietary herbomineral formulation was formulated, consisting of essential ingredients viz. herbal root extract of ashwagandha and minerals (zinc, magnesium, and selenium). The present study aimed to evaluate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®- Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment (Biofield Energy Healing Treatment) based herbomineral formulation in male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats for immune biomarkers modulation. The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely from twenty renowned Biofield Energy Healers. The immunomodulatory potential was studied in male SD rats using various immune biomarkers such as IgG and IgM, CD4+ and CD8+, hematology, lipid profile, hepatic enzymes, sex hormone, and antioxidant profile. The humoral immune response showed an increase IgG level by 6.10% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G4) group compared with the disease control (G2) group. Cellular immune response i.e. CD4+ and CD8+ counts were significantly improved by 51.64% and 52.09%, respectively in G4 compared with the G2 group. The lymphocytes level were increased by 38.87%, while TLC, neutrophils, eosinophils, and monocytes count were decreased by 7.38%, 19.35%, 21.14%, and 3.43%, respectively in G4 compared with the G2 group. Lipid analysis showed that triglycerides and VLDL levels were decreased by 6.02% and 5.97%, respectively while HDL level was significantly increased by 28.44% in G4 compared with the G2 group. Hepatic biomarkers viz. SGOT, CK-MB, total protein, total bilirubin, and globulin by 6.27%, 14.97%, 2.85%, 16.66%, and 5.90%, respectively in G4 compared with the G2 group. However, the testosterone level was significantly increased in G4 and untreated test formulation (G5) groups by 135.74% and 28.09%, respectively compared with the G2 group. Additionally, the antioxidant assay showed that the lipid peroxidation (LPO) level was decreased, while superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase levels were increased by 59.72% and 20.07%, respectively in the G4 compared with the G2 group. Overall, the study results suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation showed an improved cellular and humoral immune responses along with improved hematological and biochemical animal profile compared with the untreated test formulation. Consequently, it can be established that The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing has the significant capacity for immunomodulatory effect, which may also be useful in organ transplants, anti-aging, and stress management by improving overall health and quality of life.</p>

Evaluation of Immune Biomarkers After Oral Administration of Biofield Energy Healing Based Herbomineral Formulation in Male Sprague Dawley Rats

<p style="text-align:justify;">The natural products based formulations usage have been increased world-wide in health care sector due to their high safety and better therapeutic action. A new proprietary herbomineral formulation was formulated with four ingredients, a mixture of the minerals (zinc, magnesium, and selenium) and the herbal root extract ashwagandha. The aim of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory potential of Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) on the herbomineral formulation in male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment remotely from eighteen renowned Biofield Energy Healers. The immunomodulatory effect of the Biofield Energy Treated and untreated test formulations was studied in SD rats to determine any alteration in humoral immune response (IgG and IgM), cellular immune response, hematological parameters, lipid profile, hepatic enzymes, and the sex hormone (testosterone). The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was significantly increased by 51.98% and 12.99% (p≤0.05) in the Biofield Energy Treated (G3) and untreated test formulations (G4), respectively compared with the disease control group (G2). The level of IgM was significantly increased by 28.57% in the G3 group, while decreased by 14.29% in the G4 group compared with the G2 group. The eosinophil count was significantly increased by 27.27% in the G3 group, while decreased by 18.18% in the G4 group compared with the G2 group. The levels of triglycerides (TG) and very low density lipoproteins (VLDL) were reduced by 8.99% and 9.12%, respectively in the G3 group compared with the G2 group. However, the levels of TG and VLDL were reduced by 2.40% and 3.46%, respectively in the G4 group compared with the G2 group. Among the tested hepatic parameters, results showed decreased levels of serum glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (SGOT) and creatine kinase myocardium band (CK-MB) by 42.65% (p<0.01) and 7.67%, respectively in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group (G3) compared to the G2 group. The level of testosterone was significantly increased by 22.02% in the G3 group compared with G2 group. The overall results demonstrated that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation showed better immune response compared with the untreated test formulation. These data suggest that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation can be used for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, stress management and anti-aging by improving overall health.</p>

Evaluation of Immune Biomarkers After Oral Administration of the Novel Herbomineral Formulation Treated with The Trivedi Effect® - Biofield Energy Healing in Male Sprague Dawley Rats

<p style="text-align:justify;">Herbomineral formulations have been used worldwide against various chronic and degenerative diseases due to its fewer side effects. A new proprietary herbomineral formulation was formulated consisted of an ashwagandha root extract and minerals (zinc, magnesium, and selenium). The present study was aimed to evaluate the impact of the Biofield Energy Treated herbomineral formulation in male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats for immune biomarkers modulation. The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely from twenty renowned Biofield Energy Healers. Biomarkers like immunoglobulins (IgG, IgM), cluster differentiation (CD4+), CD8+, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), lipid peroxidation (LPO) were monitored. The level of IgM was increased by 4.76% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G4) compared to the disease control group (G2). The levels of CD4+ and CD8+ counts were significantly (p≤0.01) increased by 222.22% and 355.36% in the G4 group compared to the G2 group. The level of lymphocyte was increased by 5% and eosinophil count was significantly decreased by 75% in the G4 group compared to the G2 group. The lipid biomarkers such as total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL), and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) were significantly lowered by 9.70%, 6.67%, and 23.54%, respectively in the G4 group compared to the G2 group. The expression of SOD was reduced by 9.96% in the G4 group compared to the G2 group. Further, LPO expression was significantly reduced by 33.38% and 16.88% in the G4 and untreated test formulation (G5) groups, respectively compared to the G2 group. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation showed significantly improved the cellular and humoral immunity, hematological and biochemical profile compared with the untreated test formulation. As a result, it can be established that The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing has the significant capacity for immunomodulatory effect, which may also be useful in organ transplants, anti-aging, and stress management by improving overall health and quality of life.</p>

An Investigation of The Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment to Modulate the Immunomodulatory Effect of Herbomineral Formulation in Male Sprague Dawley Rats

<p style="text-align:justify;">Herbomineral formulations are used world-wide for various therapeutic purposes. More than 80% of the world population relies on natural herbal and mineral remedies as medicines for their health care. A new proprietary herbomineral formulation was created, consisting of the herbal root extract ashwagandha and minerals (zinc, magnesium, and selenium). The aim of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory potential of the Trivedi Effect®- Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment (Biofield Energy Healing Treatment) on the herbomineral formulation in male Sprague Dawley rats. The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely from eighteen renowned Biofield Energy Healers. The immunomodulatory effect of the Biofield Energy Treated and the untreated test formulations were studied to determine any alterations in the animal humoral immune response, paw volume, hematological study, serum biochemistry parameters, animal weight parameters, feed intake and histopathology analysis. Humoral immune response data of the reference standard (levamisole) showed a significant increase in secondary antibody titre value (p≤0.05), while the Biofield Treated test formulation group (G3) exhibited a significant increase in the secondary antibody titre by 115.34% compared with the disease control group (G2). A delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction showed that the paw volume was significantly decreased by 114.28% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group (G3) with respect to the G2 group. The platelets count was increased by 61.55% in the Biofield Treated test formulation group (G3) compared to the G2 group. Moreover, the administration of the Biofield Treated herbomineral formulation (G3) group exhibited a decrease in the level of creatinine (9.62%), and uric acid (14.40%), while the level of potassium ion concentration was incresaed by 77.43% compared to the G2 group. Further, the change in body weight, feed consumption, organ to body weight ratio data, and histopathology examination did not suggest any statistical difference, which depicts that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation was found to be safe. Overall, The Trivedi Effect®- Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment (Biofield Energy Healing Treatment) significantly modulates the immunological parameters of the herbomineral formulation compared with the untreated test formulation. These data suggest that the Biofield Treated test formulation can be used for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases along with stress management and anti-aging by improving overall health.</p>

Evaluation of Immunomodulatory Properties After Oral Administration of Biofield Energy Treated Test Formulation in Sprague Dawley Rats: Influence of the Trivedi Effect®

<p style="text-align:justify;">A new proprietary herbomineral formulation was formulated, consisting of an essential ingredients viz. an herbal root extract ashwagandha and minerals (zinc, magnesium, and selenium). The aim of this study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory potential of Energy of Consciousness Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment on the herbomineral formulation in male Sprague Dawley rats. The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely from seven renowned Biofield Energy Healers. Additionally, one group of animals was also received Biofield Energy Treatment per se (day -15) by Biofield Energy Healers under similar conditions. The immunological parameters viz. humoral immune analysis, paw volume, hematological study, biochemistry, body weight, feed and water intake, and histopathology analysis were performed in this experiment. The humoral immune response data showed the secondary antibody titre was significantly increased by 112.50% and 87.50% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group (G4) and untreated test formulation group (G5) compared to the disease control group (G2). The results of delayed type hypersensitivity showed significant increased the paw volume by 111.76%, 51.45%, 100%, and 64.80% in the G4, G5, Biofield Energy Treatment group per se at day -15 (G6) and Biofield Energy Treated test formulation at day -15 (G7) groups, respectively compared to the G2 group. The platelet count was significantly increased by 37.72%, 8.69%, 16.30% and 33.11% in the G4, G5, G6, and G7 groups, respectively compared to the G2 group. The level of blood urea nitrogen was significantly decreased by 14.01% in the G4 group compared to the disease control. Moreover, the concentration of uric acid was significantly reduced by 28.97% in the G7 group compared to the G2 group. Animal weight parameters suggested that there were no treatment-related changes in any group. Organ to body weight ratio, feed and water intake data described that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation was found to be safe without any side-effect during the course of the experiment. Overall, results suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated herbomineral formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se can be used for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, stress management and prevention, and anti-aging by improving overall health.</p>

Effect of Biofield Energy Treated Cell Growth Medium on Human Fibroblast Cell Growth for Assessment of Skin Health Promotion Potential

<p style="text-align:justify;">Cell growth and proliferation plays an important role in wound healing, which is a complex and dynamic process. Wound management and recovery is currently done using various antiseptics and antibiotics in order to prevent or treat infection. The objective of the present study was to assess the effect of Biofield Energy (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment - The Trivedi Effect®) Treated cell growth medium on the proliferation of human dermal fibroblast cells (HFF-1) for the assessment of skin health promotion potential. An aliquot of HFF-1 cells and DMEM were divided into two parts, one was treated with the Biofield Energy Treatment and denoted as the treated test samples, while other part was coded as the untreated test samples. MTT assay was used to study the cellular proliferation, while cell growth rate was estimated under phase contrast microscope by monitoring the cell growth at 24, 48, and 72 hours interval and photomicrographs were captured. The results of HFF-1 cellular proliferation rate showed a significant (p≤0.001) increased by 80% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM, while positive controls, ascorbic acid (10 µM) and FBS (15% fetal bovine serum) showed increased cell proliferation by 21% and 44%, respectively. In addition, cell growth rate was evaluated at 24, 48, and 72 hours and the results were observed with a significant growth in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared with the Biofield Energy Treated HFF-1 cells. Thus, on the basis of the experimental results, it can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment has the significant capacity to improve the cellular proliferation and cell growth rate of human skin cells in the Biofield Energy Treated media (DMEM) for improving the overall skin health. It can be used as a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the various skin-related disorders, anti-aging, wound healing, and many more.</p>

Many skin based therapies including physical and chemical methods are in practice to rejuvenate the skin, but they might be related with some significant side-effects such as scarring. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Biofield Energy Treatment (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment-The Trivedi Effect®) in the HFF-1 cell line (Human Foreskin Fibroblast) and DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) for evaluation of skin health parameters such as proliferation rate and collagen level. The cell growth rate was evaluated at 24, 48, and 72 hours and the results observed with a significant growth in the Biofield Treated DMEM group compared with the Biofield Treated HFF-1 cells. The HFF-1 cellular proliferation rate was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 85% in the Biofield Treated DMEM, while positive controls, ascorbic acid (10µM) and FBS (15% fetal bovine serum) reported with increased cell proliferation by 21% and 44%, respectively. Similarly, the collagen level was significantly (p≤0.01) increased in the Biofield Treated DMEM by 44.2%, while the Biofield Energy Treated cells did not showed significant change in collagen and proliferation rate as compared with control. Hence, the results concluded significant improved collagen and proliferation in the Biofield Energy Treated media (DMEM) for improving skin health. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® might be a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the skin health, anti-aging in DMEM as compared with the HFF-1 cell line.</p>

Assessment of Anti-Ageing Potential of Consciousness Energy Healing Treated DMEM and HFF-1 Cells using Cellular Proliferation and Collagen Metabolism Assays

<p align="justify">Skin health and aging are the complex biological process influenced by several intrinsic (or endogenous) and extrinsic (or exogenous) factors. Various skin-based therapies are currently available to rejuvenate the skin, but they might be related with some side-effects such as scarring. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) on the human foreskin fibroblast (HFF-1) cell line and Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) for skin health parameters like cell proliferation and synthesis of collagen. The rate of cellular proliferation in HFF-1 cells was identified, and the results found that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 152.38% compared to the negative control group. Additionally, the cell proliferation was also significantly increased by 71.43% in the Biofield Energy Treated cells compared to the negative control group. Similarly, the collagen level was significantly (p ≤ 0.001) increased by 60.42% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM compared with the negative control group. Hence, the results exhibited a significant improvement of collagen synthesis and cellular proliferation in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM for improving skin health. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might be a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the skin health, anti-aging in DMEM compared with the HFF-1 cell line. Therefore, the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM could be useful for the development of effective cosmetic products for the prevention and treatment of several skin problems such as erythema, contact dermatitis, skin aging, wrinkles, etc.</p>

Prevention of Aging and Improvement of Longevity and Life-Span in D-Galactose Induced Aging Rats After Treatment with the Biofield Energy Per Se and Biofield Treated Proprietary Test Formulation

The study was aimed to investigate the potential benefits of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) per se and Biofield Energy Healing treated novel test formulation in male Sprague Dawley rats for their antiaging activity by monitoring aging biomarkers such as brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), silent information regulator-1 (SIRT-1), and klotho protein. The test formulation was distributed into two parts. First part did not provide any Biofield Energy Treatment was denoted as the untreated sample, however the second part was received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample. In this experiment, nine groups (n=10) were assigned, in which four were preventive maintenance groups. Among them, three groups of animals were also received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment per se (at day -15). BDNF was significantly increased by 25.83%, 19.35%, and 14.67% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G5), Biofield Energy Treatment per se at day -15 (G6), and Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals plus Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15 (G8), respectively as compared to the disease control (G2) group. Moreover, expression of SIRT-1 protein was increased by 14.63% in the G5 group than the untreated test formulation (G4) group. Additionally, SIRT-1 activity was increased by 39.7%, 32.5%, 15.9%, and 136% in the G6, Biofield Energy Treated test formulation at day -15 (G7), G8, and Biofield Treatment per se (day -15) to animals plus untreated test formulation (G9) groups, respectively than the G4 group, while it was increased by 57.3% in the G9 group as compared to the G2 group. Besides, Klotho protein in kidney homogenate was significantly increased by 16.67% in the G5 group as compared to the G2 group. Altogether, the results showed a significant improvement of longevity mediators and antiaging biomarkers in the preventive maintenance groups. Therefore, results envisaged the significant slowdown of aging-related disorders and other complications in the preventive Biofield Energy Treatment group per se and/or Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9) comparatively with the disease control group and could be utilized against various aging-related disorders like Alzheimer's disease, hypertension, osteoporosis, cataracts, type 2 diabetes, cancer, etc. along with it could be used to extend the life-span, stress and immune-related disorders.

Antioxidant Activity of Biofield Treated Proprietary Formulation Supplemented with Vitamins and Minerals in D-Galactose Induced Aging Dysfunction in Sprague Dawley Rats

A proprietary formulation was designed that consist of minerals (zinc, magnesium, iron, and copper) and vitamins (pyridoxine HCl, cyanocobalamin, and cholecalciferol). The present study was aimed to evaluate the impact of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on a novel test formulation in male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats for antioxidant activity. The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. Additionally, three groups of animals were also received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment per se (day -15). The tissue lipid peroxidation data exhibited that the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) was altered by 20.86%, 12.92%, and 17.31% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15 (G7), Biofield Energy Treatment per se plus Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15 (G8), and Biofield Energy Treatment per se animals plus untreated test formulation (G9) groups, respectively as compared to the untreated test formulation group (G4). Moreover, tissue myeloperoxidase (MPO) level was significantly reduced by 32.46%, 27.49%, 27.49%, and 23.71% in the Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals from day -15 (G6), G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G4 group. Antioxidant enzyme like SOD was significantly increased by 26.64%, 28.74%, 22.69%, 36.31%, and 36.11% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G5), G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively compared to the disease control group (G2). Additionally, the level of catalase was significantly increased by 156.10%, 101.62%, 66.57%, and 179.17% in the G6, G7, G8, G9 groups, respectively compared to the G4 group. Further, LDH level was significantly reduced by 9.86% in the G9 group compared to the G4 group, while NO level was reduced by 11.42%, 10.76%, and 8.77% in the G5, G6, and G7 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. Altogether, results suggested that the Biofield Treated test formulation possess antioxidant potential and could be used to maintain bodies’ oxidative stress, immunity and boost overall health and aging.
