Description
An account of the resource

Herbomineral formulations are used world-wide for various therapeutic purposes. More than 80% of the world population relies on natural herbal and mineral remedies as medicines for their health care. A new proprietary herbomineral formulation was created, consisting of the herbal root extract ashwagandha and minerals (zinc, magnesium, and selenium). The aim of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory potential of the Trivedi Effect®- Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment (Biofield Energy Healing Treatment) on the herbomineral formulation in male Sprague Dawley rats. The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely from eighteen renowned Biofield Energy Healers. The immunomodulatory effect of the Biofield Energy Treated and the untreated test formulations were studied to determine any alterations in the animal humoral immune response, paw volume, hematological study, serum biochemistry parameters, animal weight parameters, feed intake and histopathology analysis. Humoral immune response data of the reference standard (levamisole) showed a significant increase in secondary antibody titre value (p≤0.05), while the Biofield Treated test formulation group (G3) exhibited a significant increase in the secondary antibody titre by 115.34% compared with the disease control group (G2). A delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction showed that the paw volume was significantly decreased by 114.28% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group (G3) with respect to the G2 group. The platelets count was increased by 61.55% in the Biofield Treated test formulation group (G3) compared to the G2 group. Moreover, the administration of the Biofield Treated herbomineral formulation (G3) group exhibited a decrease in the level of creatinine (9.62%), and uric acid (14.40%), while the level of potassium ion concentration was incresaed by 77.43% compared to the G2 group. Further, the change in body weight, feed consumption, organ to body weight ratio data, and histopathology examination did not suggest any statistical difference, which depicts that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation was found to be safe. Overall, The Trivedi Effect®- Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment (Biofield Energy Healing Treatment) significantly modulates the immunological parameters of the herbomineral formulation compared with the untreated test formulation. These data suggest that the Biofield Treated test formulation can be used for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases along with stress management and anti-aging by improving overall health.

Description
An account of the resource

Skin health and aging are co-related with a complex biological process that are influenced by a combination of factors such as intrinsic (or endogenous) and extrinsic (or exogenous). Many skin based therapies including physical and chemical methods are in practice to rejuvenate the skin, but they might be related with some significant side-effects such as scarring. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Biofield Energy Treatment (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment-The Trivedi Effect®) in the HFF-1 cell line (Human Foreskin Fibroblast) and DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) for evaluation of skin health parameters such as proliferation rate and collagen level. The cell growth rate was evaluated at 24, 48, and 72 hours and the results observed with a significant growth in the Biofield Treated DMEM group compared with the Biofield Treated HFF-1 cells. The HFF-1 cellular proliferation rate was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 85% in the Biofield Treated DMEM, while positive controls, ascorbic acid (10µM) and FBS (15% fetal bovine serum) reported with increased cell proliferation by 21% and 44%, respectively. Similarly, the collagen level was significantly (p≤0.01) increased in the Biofield Treated DMEM by 44.2%, while the Biofield Energy Treated cells did not showed significant change in collagen and proliferation rate as compared with control. Hence, the results concluded significant improved collagen and proliferation in the Biofield Energy Treated media (DMEM) for improving skin health. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® might be a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the skin health, anti-aging in DMEM as compared with the HFF-1 cell line.

Description
An account of the resource
The study was planned to evaluate the effect of the Trivedi Effect®- Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation (TI) composed of minerals (magnesium, zinc, copper, calcium, selenium, and iron), vitamins (ascorbic acid, pyridoxine HCl, alpha tocopherol, cyanocobalamin, and cholecalciferol), Panax ginseng extract, CBD isolates, and β-carotene on senescence of human lung fibroblasts (WI-38) cell line in EMEM medium. Growth rate (amount of doubling in one unit of time) was determined, while senescence was induced by H2O2 damage and then cells were allowed to recover for 48 h. The test formulation constituents of the test formulation were divided into two parts; one section was defined as the untreated test formulation (UT), while the other portion of test formulation received Biofield Energy Healing/Blessing Treatment (BT) by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The test items were treated with Biofield Energy Healing Treatment and divided as Biofield Energy Treated (BT) and untreated (UT) test items. MTT data showed that the test formulation in various tested concentrations was found as safe and nontoxic with viability range 70% to 125%. The decreased reduction in doubling time was calculated on the basis of untreated test group of EMEM and test formulation. The UT-EMEM + BT-TI test group reported with decreased doubling time by 67% and 67.5% at 0.001 and 0.1 µg/mL, respectively, while 134.3%, 24.4%, and 50.5% decreased doubling time was found in the BT-EMEM + UT-TI group at 0.001, 0.01, and 0.1 µg/mL respectively, as compared with untreated test group. In addition, BT-EMEM + BT-TI test group showed a significant reduction in doubling time value by 191.6%, 33.2%, and 74.6% at 0.001, 0.01, and 0.1 µg/mL respectively, as compared with the UT-EMEM + UT-TI group. Overall, the results showed the significant decreased doubling time in WI-38 cells. Thus, the mechanical properties of cells such as cellular function, including shape, motility, differentiation, division, and adhesion to its surrounding extracellular matrix were improved. Overall, it can be useful in many disease progressions with significant anti-aging activity and its associated complications/symptoms.

Description
An account of the resource

Herbomineral formulations have increased in recognition and popularity due to their high safety and better therapeutic benefits than other conventional methods. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory effect of the Trivedi Effect®- Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment on a new proprietary herbomineral formulation in male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. The test formulation contained essential ingredients like the herbal root extract ashwagandha and minerals (zinc, magnesium, and selenium). The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely from eighteen renowned Biofield Energy Healers. The immunomodulatory effect of the Biofield Energy Treated and untreated test formulations was studied in SD rats to determine any alteration in humoral immune response (IgG and IgM), cellular immune response, hematology, lipid profile, hepatic enzymes, and the testosterone. The Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group (G3) showed significantly increased levels of IgM and IgG by 46.15% and 14.92%, respectively compared with the disease control group (G2). The cellular immune response (i.e. the ratio of CD4+ and CD8+) was decreased by 76.47% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation compared with the G2 group. The hematology parameters such as TLC, neutrophils, lymphocytes, and monocytes were significantly increased by 18.01%, 1.34%, 12.34%, and 0.67%, respectively in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group compared with the G2 group. The lipid profile parameters viz. total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, and VLDL were significantly decreased in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group (G3) by 8.73%, 10.96%, 6.26%, 8.60%, and 11.01%, respectively compared with the G2 group. Among the tested hepatic parameters, results showed decreased levels of SGOT (5.27%), SGPT (17.70%), ALP (0.26%), total protein (5.8%), albumin (5.47%), globulin (9.27%), and albumin/globulin ratio (1.34%) in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group compared with the G2 group. However, the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group animals exhibited an increased level of testosterone by 39.8% compared with the G2 group. The overall results demonstrated that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation showed a better immune response compared with the untreated test formulation. These experimental data suggest that the Trivedi Effect®- Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment based herbomineral formulation can be used for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, stress management and anti-aging by improving overall health.

The use of an herbomineral formulation in the healthcare sector for different chronic diseases is gaining popularity due to its fewer side-effects, high safety profile, and cost effectiveness. A new proprietary herbomineral formulation was formulated, consisting of four essential ingredients viz. herbal (ashwagandha root extract) and minerals (zinc chloride, magnesium gluconate, and sodium selenate). The objective of this study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory effect of the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation on female Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. The test formulation was divided into two parts, one was represented as control, while the other part was treated with the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely by renowned Biofield Energy Healers (The Trivedi Effect®) and defined as the Biofield Energy Treated formulation. The effect of the test formulation was monitored using humoral immune response, delayed type hypersensitivity, hematology, biochemistry, relative organ weight, and histopathology. The primary hemagglutination (HA) antibody titre level was significantly (p≤0.05) increased by 185.88% in the Biofield Energy Treated group (G3), while 41.18% increased in the untreated test formulation group (G4) as compared to the disease control group (G2). The secondary HA titre was significantly increased by 540% (p≤0.001) and 166.7% in the G3 and G4 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. The secondary HA titre was also increased significantly (p≤0.05) by 193% in the Biofield Energy Treated group per se at day -15 (G6), as compared to the G2 group. The paw volume data showed an alteration in the G3 and G6 groups as compared to the G2 group. The platelet count was significantly increased by 11.16% and 8.69% in the G3 and G4 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. The magnesium level was increased by 9.31% in the G3 group as compared to the G2 group. The uric acid was significantly reduced by 23.88% in the G3 group, while it was increased by 17.47% in the G4 group as compared to the G2 group. Since, the relative organ weight and histopathological findings did not produce any signs of toxicity as compared to the normal control group (G1). These data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated herbomineral formulation was found to be safe and showed better immunomodulatory response as compared to the untreated formulation. Thus, it is assumed that the Biofield Energy Treated herbomineral formulation could be better and more useful to boost-up the immune system in healthy human and patients.

A new proprietary herbomineral formulation was formulated, consisting of essential ingredients viz. herbal root extract of ashwagandha and minerals (zinc, magnesium, and selenium). The present study aimed to evaluate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®- Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment (Biofield Energy Healing Treatment) based herbomineral formulation in male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats for immune biomarkers modulation. The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely from twenty renowned Biofield Energy Healers. The immunomodulatory potential was studied in male SD rats using various immune biomarkers such as IgG and IgM, CD4+ and CD8+, hematology, lipid profile, hepatic enzymes, sex hormone, and antioxidant profile. The humoral immune response showed an increase IgG level by 6.10% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G4) group compared with the disease control (G2) group. Cellular immune response i.e. CD4+ and CD8+ counts were significantly improved by 51.64% and 52.09%, respectively in G4 compared with the G2 group. The lymphocytes level were increased by 38.87%, while TLC, neutrophils, eosinophils, and monocytes count were decreased by 7.38%, 19.35%, 21.14%, and 3.43%, respectively in G4 compared with the G2 group. Lipid analysis showed that triglycerides and VLDL levels were decreased by 6.02% and 5.97%, respectively while HDL level was significantly increased by 28.44% in G4 compared with the G2 group. Hepatic biomarkers viz. SGOT, CK-MB, total protein, total bilirubin, and globulin by 6.27%, 14.97%, 2.85%, 16.66%, and 5.90%, respectively in G4 compared with the G2 group. However, the testosterone level was significantly increased in G4 and untreated test formulation (G5) groups by 135.74% and 28.09%, respectively compared with the G2 group. Additionally, the antioxidant assay showed that the lipid peroxidation (LPO) level was decreased, while superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase levels were increased by 59.72% and 20.07%, respectively in the G4 compared with the G2 group. Overall, the study results suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation showed an improved cellular and humoral immune responses along with improved hematological and biochemical animal profile compared with the untreated test formulation. Consequently, it can be established that The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing has the significant capacity for immunomodulatory effect, which may also be useful in organ transplants, anti-aging, and stress management by improving overall health and quality of life.

Cell growth and proliferation plays an important role in wound healing, which is a complex and dynamic process. Wound management and recovery is currently done using various antiseptics and antibiotics in order to prevent or treat infection. The objective of the present study was to assess the effect of Biofield Energy (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment - The Trivedi Effect®) Treated cell growth medium on the proliferation of human dermal fibroblast cells (HFF-1) for the assessment of skin health promotion potential. An aliquot of HFF-1 cells and DMEM were divided into two parts, one was treated with the Biofield Energy Treatment and denoted as the treated test samples, while other part was coded as the untreated test samples. MTT assay was used to study the cellular proliferation, while cell growth rate was estimated under phase contrast microscope by monitoring the cell growth at 24, 48, and 72 hours interval and photomicrographs were captured. The results of HFF-1 cellular proliferation rate showed a significant (p≤0.001) increased by 80% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM, while positive controls, ascorbic acid (10 µM) and FBS (15% fetal bovine serum) showed increased cell proliferation by 21% and 44%, respectively. In addition, cell growth rate was evaluated at 24, 48, and 72 hours and the results were observed with a significant growth in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared with the Biofield Energy Treated HFF-1 cells. Thus, on the basis of the experimental results, it can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment has the significant capacity to improve the cellular proliferation and cell growth rate of human skin cells in the Biofield Energy Treated media (DMEM) for improving the overall skin health. It can be used as a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the various skin-related disorders, anti-aging, wound healing, and many more.
