<p style="text-align:justify;">Zirconium oxide and silicon dioxide powders are selected and subjected to a non-contact Biofield energy known to be transmitted by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. Particle sizes d50 and d99 showed up to 71.5 percent decrease indicating that the energy had caused deformation and fracture as if the powders have been subjected to high energy milling. This is also supported by increase in specific surface area up to 19.48 percent. In the present investigation Zirconium oxide and silicon dioxide powders are exposed to Bio-field. Both the exposed and unexposed powders are later characterized by various techniques. The treated powders when characterized by X-ray diffraction are found to exhibit significant increase and decrease in the lattice parameters of the unit cell, crystallite size and density. The lattice parameters are then used to compute the molecular weight and total number of protons and neutrons in the molecule, which showed an increase up to 0.24 and decrease up to 0.31 percent. It is speculated that the Biofield energy transmitted by Mr. Trivedi is acting on the nucleus in the atoms through some reversible weak interaction of larger cross section causing changes in the proton to neutron ratios and thus energy to mass and mass to energy. Thus the effect is felt by all the atoms, and hence the unit cell, single crystal grain and grain boundaries. The stresses generated in turn may have caused deformation and fracture of the weak interfaces in the polycrystalline powders such as the crystallite and grain boundaries.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">In most of the people, bone loss and deterioration of bone structure results in bone disorders such as osteoporosis, arthritis, decreased bone mass, rickets, and deformed bones. Insufficient level of vitamin D<sub>3</sub> and calcium in the body are the major causes of bone disorders. The present study aimed to explore the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D<sub>3</sub> and DMEM medium on various bone health parameters such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. Both the test items (TI) <em>i.e.</em> vitamin D<sub>3</sub> and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. The test items received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Patricia Margaret Rowe and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of both the sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay showed that cell viability in tested samples was more than 70% with safe and nontoxic profile on MG-63 cell line. The level of ALP was significantly increased by 230.8% (at 50 µg/mL), 231.3% (at 50 µg/mL), and 253% (at 100 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. Collagen level was significantly increased by 497.7%, 346.2%, 323%, and 331.4% at 0.1, 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 116.3% and 112.8% at 0.1 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group. In addition, 70.5% and 143.6% increased collagen was reported at 10 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+BT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. Bone mineralization percentage was significantly increased by 241.3% at 1 µg/mL in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 187.9% and 113.7% at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 129.8% at 1 µg/mL as compared with the untreated group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D<sub>3</sub> and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might also regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">The current study investigates the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters in vitro using MG-63 cells such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. The test items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. The test samples received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Maire Anne Mayne and samples were defined as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay showed that cell viability was more than 78% with safe and nontoxic profile on MG-63 cell line. The level of ALP was significantly increased by 141.9% and 25% at 50 and 100 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, 144.6% (100 µg/mL) and 120.6% (1 µg/mL) increase in ALP activity in BT-DMEM+UT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI group, respectively as compared with the untreated group. The level of collagen was significantly increased by 58.7% and 72.6% at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 39.7% and 101.6% at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased collagen level by 117.5%, 163.5%, and 169.4% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. The percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 110.2%, 116.8%, and 81% at 10, 50, and 100 µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 148.8%, 180.1%, and 129.4% at 10, 50, and 100 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 142%, 181.1%, and 113% at 10, 50, and 100 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. The experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might be vital in maintaining the various clinical safety and quality of life by assisting them in maintaining optimal vitamin D levels. It regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.</p>

Bone disorders might be to the hormonal factors and lack of proper nutrition that leads to gradual bone loss. The current study aimed to explore the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on various bone health parameters. Vitamin D3 and DMEM medium as test items (TI), were divided into two parts. Each sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Sheila Maureen Benson and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Bone health biomarkers such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization were measured. MTT data showed that cell viability was more than 70% and all the test items were found to be safe at the tested concentrations. ALP level was significantly increased by 135.9% and 134.5% at 1 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI, while 84.4%, 93.8%, and 50.0% at 1, 50, and 100 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed increased ALP by 50.2% and 104.7% at 10 and 50 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. Collagen content was significantly increased by 463.6%, 387.9%, and 239.4% in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI group, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL as compared with the untreated group. Moreover, the percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 131.7% and 81.7% at 1 and 10µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 83.1% and 53.6% at 10 and 50µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 152.3% and 108.3% at 50 and 100µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might also regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Calcium and vitamin D are the main constituents of bone health, while insufficient level leads to various diseases such as osteoporosis causing significant morbidity and mortality. The objective of the study is to investigate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on various bone health parameters in MG-63 cells such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. Both the test items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. Both the sample received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Mark E Stutheit and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay showed that cell viability was more than 85% with safe and nontoxic profile on MG-63 cell line. The level of ALP was significantly increased by 126.1% (at 50 µg/mL), 128.2% (at 50 µg/mL), and 173.7% (at 100 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. Collagen level was significantly increased by 104.3% (at 10 µg/mL), 104.3% (at 50 µg/mL), and 97.4% (at 50 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. In addition, the percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 82.4%, 118.4%, and 202.4% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 158.8%, 197.4%, and 200% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 52.9%, 131.6%, and 235.7% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might be vital in maintaining the various clinical safety and quality of life by assisting them in maintaining optimal vitamin D levels. It regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.</p>

6-mercaptopurine (6-MP) is an antimetabolite antineoplastic chemotherapy drug. In this research work, the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of 6-MP were evaluated. The 6-MP test sample was divided into two-parts and termed as control and Biofield Energy Treated sample. The treated 6-MP only received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the 6-MP samples at retention time (Rt) 2.2 minutes showed the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak at m/z 173 [M+H]+. The peak area of the treated 6-MP was significantly increased by 92.07% compared to the control sample. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1+PM in the treated 6-MP was significantly increased by 34.79% compared with the control sample. Similarly, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1+PM and PM+2/PM in the treated 6-MP was significantly increased by 40.78% and 377.01% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, 33S, and 18O contributions from (C5H5N4S)+ to m/z 153 and 154 in the Biofield Energy Treated 6-MP were significantly increased as compared to the control 6-MP. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1+PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (34S/32S) in the treated 6-MP was significantly improved compared to the control sample. The significant increase in the peak area and isotopic abundance could be due to the interference of neutrino particles in the nucleus via the Trivedi Effect®. The increased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated 6-MP would improve the chemical bond strength, increase the physical and chemical stability of 6-MP in the body. The Biofield Energy Treated 6-MP would be better designing more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations that might offer increased bioavailability and therapeutic response against acute lymphocytic leukemia, Crohn’s disease, chronic myeloid leukemia, and ulcerative colitis, etc.

<p style="text-align:justify;">Nitrophenols are the synthetic organic chemicals used for the preparation of synthetic intermediates, organophosphorus pesticides, and pharmaceuticals. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of biofield energy treatment on the isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM , and PM+2/PM in o- and m-nitrophenol using the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The o- and m-nitrophenol were divided into two parts - one part was control sample, and another part was considered as biofield energy treated sample, which received Mr. Trivedi’s biofield energy treatment (The Trivedi Effect ® ). The biofield energy treated nitrophenols having analyzed at different time intervals were designated as T1, T2, T3, and T4. The GC-MS analysis of both the control and biofield treated samples indicated the presence of the parent molecular ion peak of o- and m- nitrophenol (C6H5NO3+ ) at m/z 139 along with major fragmentation peaks at m/z 122, 109, 93, 81, 65, and 39. The relative peak intensities of the fragmented ions in the biofield treated o- and m-nitrophenol were notably changed as compared to the control sample with respect to the time. The isotopic abundance ratio analysis using GC-MS revealed that the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the biofield energy treated o-nitrophenol at T2 and T3 was significantly increased by 14.48 and 86.49%, respectively as compared to the control sample. Consequently, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM in the biofield energy treated sample at T2 and T3 was increased by 11.36, and 82.95%, respectively as compared to the control sample. Similarly, in m-nitrophenol, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the biofield energy treated sample at T1, T3, and T4 was increased by 5.82, 5.09, and 6.40%, respectively as compared to the control sample. Subsequently, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM at T1, T2, T3 and T4 in the biofield energy treated m-nitrophenol was increased by 6.33, 3.80, 16.46, and 16.46%, respectively as compared to the control sample. Overall, the isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM ( 2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O), and PM+2/PM ( 18O/16O) were altered in the biofield energy treated o- and m-nitrophenol as compared to the control increased in most of the cases. The biofield treated o- and m-nitrophenol that have improved isotopic abundance ratios might have altered the physicochemical properties and could be useful in pharmaceutical and chemical industries as an intermediate in the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and other useful chemicals for the industrial application.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">The methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organosulfur compound having sulfonyl functional group. It is occurred naturally in some primitive plants and used in disease related to chronic pain, inflammation, and arthritis. This study was attempted to evaluate the impact of biofield energy treatment on the physical, thermal, and spectral properties of MSM. The study was performed in two groups viz. the control group was remained as untreated, while the treated group was subjected to Mr. Trivedi’s biofield energy treatment. After that, both the control and treated samples were analyzed using surface area analyzer, X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis-derivative thermogravimetry (TGA-DTG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. The surface area analysis exhibited a significant decrease in the surface area of treated sample by 22.96% as compared to the control. The XRD analysis showed the significant increase in average crystallite size by 49.20% in the treated sample with respect to the control. The DSC analysis showed the significant increase (67.20%) in latent heat of fusion of treated sample with respect to the control. The TGA analysis showed the onset temperature of thermal degradation at 170°C in the control sample that was slightly decreased to 168.05°C after biofield treatment. Moreover, the Tmax (maximum thermal degradation temperature) was also decreased slightly from 186.66°C (control) to 183.38°C (treated). This indicated the early phase of vaporization in treated sample as compared to the control. The FT-IR spectroscopic study exhibited the alteration in wavenumber of S=O group that suggests the effect of biofield treatment on force constant and bond strength of MSM molecules. Altogether, the surface area, XRD, thermal analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy suggests that Mr. Trivedi’s biofield energy treatment has the impact on physical, thermal, and spectral properties of MSM.</p>

in the treated folic acid was significantly increased by 69.80% compared with the control sample.
Hence, the 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from C19H20N7O6+ to m/z 442.75 in the Biofield Energy
Treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance
ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) in the Biofield Energy Treated folic acid was
significantly increased compared to the control sample. It can be assumed that the changes in isotopic
