<text>Tetrahydrocurcumin (THC) is a major metabolite of curcumin used as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiarthritic, anticancer, etc. The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® - Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical, thermal, and behavioral properties of THC using sophisticated analytical techniques. The test sample was divided into two parts, one part of THC was considered as a control sample, while another part received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The PXRD data showed that the THC was crystalline in nature. The relative peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the Biofield Energy Treated sample were significantly altered ranging from -17.76% to 17.20% and -26.68% to 326.39%, respectively compared to the control sample. However, the average crystallite size of the treated THC was decreased by 2.50% compared with the control sample. The particle size values of the treated sample were significantly decreased by 11.58% (d10), 14.41% (d50), 15.53% (d90), and 15.23% {D(4,3)} compared with the control sample. Thus, the surface area of the treated sample was significantly increased by 14.24% compared with the control sample. The melting point and latent heat of fusion were decreased by 0.40% and 0.70%, respectively, in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The weight loss and maximum thermal degradation temperature in the treated THC were decreased by 0.62% and 1.54%, respectively compared with the control sample. Overall, the thermal analysis indicated that the thermal stability of the Biofield Energy Treated THC was declined compared to the control sample. The Trivedi Effect® Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might lead to the production of a new polymorphic form of THC, which would be more soluble and bioavailable compared with the untreated THC. The Treated THC would be very useful to design more efficacious nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations against the inflammatory diseases, arthritis, cancer, diabetes, hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, etc.

<text>The study was performed to assess the impact of Biofield Treated test item (DMEM medium) on Human Endothelial Hybrid Cell Line (EA. hy926) for the expression of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). The test item was divided into three parts. The first part was received one-time Consciousness Energy Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and labeled as BT-I, while second part received two-times Biofield Treatment and is denoted as BT-II. The third part did not receive any types of treatment and denoted as untreated DMEM. The level of intracellular cGMP in the BT-I and BT-II groups showed a significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 296.06% and 339.37%, respectively in Ea. hy926 cells compared to the untreated DMEM group. These results suggest that BT-II group showed a significant improved the level of cGMP with respect to the BT-I group. Therefore, the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment can be used to treat the erectile dysfunction patients along with other associated disorders such as orgasmic disorders, frotteuristic disorder, female sexual arousal disorder, vaginismus, fetishistic disorder, sex addiction, hypoactive sexual desire disorder, premature or delayed ejaculation.

The chromatographic peak area of the treated silver sulfadiazine was significantly increased by 20.35% compared to the control sample. The result indicated that the solubility profile of the treated silver sulfadiazine must have increased significantly after the Biofield Energy Treatment compared with the control sample. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated sulfadiazine was significantly increased by 31.88% compared with the control sample. Similarly, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the treated sulfadiazine was significantly increased by 9.74% and 15.13%, respectively compared with the control sample. Hence, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, 33S, and 34S contributions from (C7H9N2O2S)+ to m/z 186 and 187 in the treated sulfadiazine were significantly increased compared to the control sample. Thus, the isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (34S/32S) in the treated sulfadiazine were significantly increased compared to the control sample. The changes in isotopic abundance and peak area might be due to changes in nuclei possibly via the interference of neutrino particles controlled by the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The increased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated silver sulfadiazine might improve the chemical bond strength, led to increase the stability in the body. This novel silver sulfadiazine would be more efficacious in pharmaceutical formulations which might offer better solubility, bioavailability, and therapeutic response against bacterial infections, superficial and partial thickness burn injuries, etc.

<text>Metronidazole is a well-known antibacterial and antiprotozoal antibiotic. In this study, the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of metronidazole were evaluated using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. The test sample (metronidazole) was divided into two control and treated parts. Only the treated sample received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples of metronidazole at the retention time 2.61 minutes exhibited the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak at m/z 172 [M+H]+, but the peak area of the treated metronidazole was significantly decreased by 13.1% compared to the control sample. The LC-MS and GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM in the treated metronidazole was significantly increased by 46.43% and 13.52%, respectively compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C6H10N3O3)+ to m/z 173 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The increased isotopic composition in the molecular level of the treated metronidazole might be due to the alteration in neutron to proton ratio in the nucleus possibly through the interference of neutrino via the Trivedi Effect®. The isotopic abundance ratios 2H/1H, 13C/12C, 17O/16O, and 15N/14N would highly influence the atomic bond vibration of treated metronidazole. The increased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated metronidazole would stronger the chemical bond and increase the stability in the body. The treated metronidazole would be very useful to design more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic response against bacterial vaginosis, giardiasis, trichomoniasis, pseudomembranous colitis, pelvic inflammatory disease; liver, skin, brain, and respiratory tract infections; aspiration pneumonia, rosacea, intra-abdominal infections, lung abscess, fungating wounds, periodontitis, amoebiasis, oral infections, etc.

<text>L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid, essential for normal growth of child and adults, protein synthesis, precursor of serotonin, melatonin, and niacin. The research work was designed to investigate the impact of the Trivedi Effect - Consciousness Energy Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of L-tryptophan using liquid chromatography – mass spectrometry analytical technique. The L-tryptophan sample was divided into Control and the Biofield Energy Treated tryptophan. The treated tryptophan sample received Biofield Energy Treatment (the Trivedi Effect ®) remotely for ~3 minutes by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi, who was located in the USA, while the test samples were located in the research laboratory in India. The mass spectra of both the tryptophan samples at retention time 2 minutes exhibited the molecular ion mass peak adduct with hydrogen ion at m/z 205 (C11H13N2O2+® ) along with low molecular fragmented mass peaks at m/z 188 and 102 for C11H12N2O2+ and C8H6+, respectively. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1 or13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) in the Treated L-tryptophan was significantly increased by 21.89%compared with the Control sample. Therefore, 13C, 2H5N, and 17O contributions from C11H13N2O to m/z 206.08 in the Treated tryptophan was increased significantly compared to the Control sample. The change in the isotopic abundance might be due to the modification in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles with the help of the Trivedi Effect 2+-Consciousness Energy Treatment. The increased isotopic abundance ratio of the Treated tryptophan may increase the intra-atomic bond strength, increase its stability, and shelf life. The Biofield Energy Treated tryptophan might have increased the stability and shelf-life compared to the Control sample. The Treated tryptophan would be more stable in the nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical formulations, which would be advantageous for the prevention and treatment of pellagra, depression, kynurenine. It could also maintain the normal label of tryptophan and avoid increase of its metabolite, lower the neurotoxin and a metabotoxin behavior, glutaric aciduria type I disorder, eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome, etc. The Treated L-tryptophan would be advantageous for the improvement of yield, productivity, and quality of crops and other plants.

<text>Berberine is a benzylisoquinoline alkaloid which has enormous therapeutic potential, but the bioavailability is very poor due to its low solubility and poor intestinal absorption. In this study, the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of berberine chloride was evaluated using advanced spectroscopic methods. Berberine chloride sample was divided into control and treated parts. Only the treated part was received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the berberine chloride samples observed at retention time 2 minutes and the molecular ion peak at m/z 336.25 [M]+ (calculated for C20H18NO4+, 336.12). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated berberine chloride was significantly decreased by 18.53% compared with the control sample. Similarly, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated berberine chloride was decreased by 4.69% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C20H18NO4)+ to m/z 337 in the treated sample were significantly decreased compared with the control sample. But, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM in the treated sample was significantly increased by 11.52% compared with the control sample. Hence, 18O contribution from (C20H16NO4)3+ to m/z 336 in the treated sample was significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/ PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O) in the treated berberine chloride were significantly altered compared to the control sample. The changes in isotopic abundance might be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The decreased isotopic abundance ratio (PM+1/PM) of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treated berberine chloride may decrease the chemical bond strength, influence its stability, and bioavailability in the body. The new form of berberine chloride would be more efficacious novel pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better solubility, dissolution, absorption, bioavailability and therapeutic response against diarrhoea, gastroenteritis, bacterial and fungal infections, cancer, arrhythmia, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, inflammation, etc.

<text>The aim of the present study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory action of Biofield Energy Healing (the Trivedi Effect®) Treatment to the animals and to the novel proprietary test formulation in tri-nitro benzene sulphonic acid (TNBS)-induced male Sprague Dawley rats. The test formulation consists of minerals (zinc, magnesium, iron, and copper) and vitamins (B6, B12, and D3). Each ingredient of the test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Healing Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. Additionally, three group of animals were also received Biofield Energy Treatment per se under similar conditions. The cellular biomarkers like cluster of differentiation-4 (CD4+), CD8+, and CD28+, biochemistry and hematology along with histopathologic profile were evaluated. The percentage of CD4+ count was increased by 8.87% in the G6 (Biofield Energy Treatment per se at day -15) group as compared to the untreated test formulation (G4) group. While the expression of CD8+ count was increased by 10.12% and 13.01% in the G6 and G7 (Biofield Energy Treated test formulation at day -15) groups, respectively as compared with the disease control (G2) group. Moreover, the level of CD28+ was significantly (p≤0.001) increased by 15.50% in the G5 (Biofield Energy Treated test formulation) group compared to the G2 group. In hematological analysis, platelet count was increased in the G7 by 8% compared with the G4. The level of uric acid was decreased by 40.47%, 13.8%, and 14.28% in the G6, G8 (Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals plus Biofield Energy Treated test formulation at -15 day), and G9 (Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals plus untreated test formulation) groups, respectively as compared with the G4 group. Histopathologic findings of all the tested groups did not show any abnormal findings with respect to the safe and nontoxic treatment strategies, which indicated that, the test formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se ameliorates colon inflammation in the TNBS-induced colitis rats by decreasing histopathologic lesions. Overall, the experimental data concluded that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation showed considerable improved cellular and humoral immune response as compared with the untreated test formulation. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment per se and the test formulation considerable improved cellular immune response, immunomodulatory effect, and gut health function.

<text>Flutamide is used to treat prostate cancer, which acts by blocking the action of exogenous testosterone binding through its androgen receptor. This study was designed and performed to investigate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of flutamide using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. Flutamide sample was divided into control and treated parts. Only the treated flutamide received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at Retention time (Rt) ~3.4 minutes exhibited the mass of the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 275 [M-H]-. The peak area of the Biofield Energy Treated flutamide was significantly increased by 34.29% compared to the control sample, which indicated that the solubility profile of the Biofield Energy Treated flutamide was significantly increased compared to the control sample. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) in the Biofield Energy Treated flutamide was significantly decreased by 15.85% compared with the control sample. The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the Biofield Energy Treated flutamide was also decreased by 49.62% compared with the control sample. The results indicated that the 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C11H11F3N2O3+ to m/z 277 in the Biofield Energy Treated flutamide were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) in the Biofield Energy Treated flutamide was significantly decreased compared to the control sample. The changes in the peak area and isotopic abundance could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino via the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The new form of treated flutamide was formed that might have decrease the chemical bond strength and stability, but may increase solubility, bioavailability, and efficacy, which could be very much useful to design more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations against prostate cancer, androgen-dependent skin and hair conditions including acne, seborrhea, hirsutism, and scalp hair loss, hyperandrogenism, as well useful for feminizing hormone therapy aimed at transgender women.

<text>The present study was designed to evaluate the VDR (vitamin D receptor) expression after treatment with the Trivedi Effect®- Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed Test formulation (TI) composed of minerals (magnesium, zinc, copper, calcium, selenium, and iron), vitamins (ascorbic acid, pyridoxine HCl, alpha tocopherol, cyanocobalamin, and cholecalciferol), Panax ginseng extract, CBD isolates, and β-carotene on various cell lines in DMEM medium using values of relative quantification (RQ) by RTPCR among different groups. The test formulation constituents were divided into two parts; one part defined as the untreated test formulation (UT), another part received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment (BT)/Blessing by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The test formulation was treated with Biofield Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing and was divided as Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed (BT) and untreated (UT) test items. MTT data showed that all the cell lines after treatment with the test formulation in various tested concentrations were found as safe and nontoxic with viability range 72% to 144% up to 1 μg/mL test formulation concentration. In addition, RQ values were calculated in all the cell lines and were compared with the untreated test formulation, which showed significant improved values. The MG-63 cell line showed significant increased RQ values by 140.2% (UT- DMEM + BT-TI) to 817.7% (BT-DMEM + BT-TI) among the experimental groups as compared with the untreated test formulation group. The MDA-MB-231 cell lines showed a significant increased RQ value in all the test formulation groups by 55.3% (BT-DMEM + UT-TI group) to 2308.8% (UT-DMEM + BT-TI group) among the tested groups as compared with the untreated test group. The SH-SY5Y cells were used for the VDR expression in the showed a significant increased RQ value by 15.7% (BT- DMEM + UT-TI group) to 457.7% (BT-DMEM + UT-TI group), while HEK-293 cells significant increased RQ value by 14.6% to 695.8% among the tested group in the UT- DMEM + BT-TI group as compared with the untreated test group. The HaCaT cells showed a significant increased RQ value by 41.9% (UT- DMEM + BT-TI group) to 2123.5% (BT-DMEM + BT-TI group) among the tested groups as compared with the untreated test group. Hence, it can be concluded that the Biofield Energy Treatment may have the potential to modulate vitamin D3 metabolism via VDR expression. Overall, the results showed the significant increased RQ values in all the tested cell line. VDR expression in different cell lines were significantly modulated in MG-63 (Bone), MDA-MB-231 (Breast), SH-SY5Y (Brain), HEK293 (Kidney), and HaCaT (Skin) cell lines. Thus, it can be concluded that the Biofield Energy Treatment/Blessing may have the excellent potential to upregulate the VDR expression in multiple cell lines, and that could help calcium and bone homeostasis, and slowdown of the disease progression rate related to vitamin D3 deficiency.

<text>Ascorbic acid is a water-soluble vitamin (Vitamin C) essential for both the plants and animals for the metabolic process. In this study, the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analytical technique was used to characterize the structural properties and isotopic abundance ratio to evaluate the effect of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on L-ascorbic acid compared to the control sample. The ascorbic acid sample was divided into control and treated parts. Only the treated part received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The control and treated samples showed a chromatographic peak at retention time (Rt) 1.8 minutes exhibited the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 175 (M-H)- (calculated for C6H7O6-, 175.02) in the mass spectra. The peak area of the treated sample (12817614.01) was significantly increased by 8.81% compared to the control sample (11779918.9). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O) in the treated ascorbic acid was significantly increased by 23.22% compared with the control sample. Thus,13C, 2H, and17O contributions from (C6H7O6)- to m/z 176 in the treated ascorbic acid were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The increased isotopic composition of the treated ascorbic acid might have altered the neutron to proton ratio in the nucleus. The changes in isotopic abundance could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The increased isotopic abundance ratio and peak area of the treated ascorbic acid may increase the intra-atomic bond strength and its stability. This novel ascorbic acid after the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment would be very useful to design more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations against scurvy, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer's disease, cancer, etc.
