Effect of Biofield Energy Treatment on Bone Cell Proliferation and Differentiation for the Assessment of its Potential to Improve Bone Health

<p style="text-align:justify;">The bone health is an important part of healthy-life and longevity in general. The present study was investigated to see the effect of the Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) on the human bone osteosarcoma cells - MG-63 (ATCC® CRL-1427™) for the assessment of bone cell proliferation and differentiation in vitro. The study parameters were assessed using cell viability by MTT, collagen synthesis, and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) on bone health using ELISA-based assay. The cell viability assay data showed significant response in all the tested groups; while in the Biofield Energy Treated group supplemented with 10% charcoal-dextran treated fetal bovine serum (CD-FBS) (G3) showed better response (increased 63%) in terms of cells proliferation compared to the untreated cell group (G1). The level of ALP was increased by 32% in the G3 group compared to the untreated cells group (G1). Additionally, the level of collagen synthesis was increased by 27% in the G3 group compared to the G1 group. The overall results demonstrated that the Biofield Energy Treatment has the potential for bone mineralization and bone growth as evident via increased levels of collagen and ALP. Therefore, the Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment might be useful as a bone health promoter for various bone-related disorders like low bone density, osteogenesis imperfecta, and osteoporosis.</p>

Role of Biofield Energy Healing Treatment Based Test Formulation on Colon Cytokines Using TNBS-Induced Ulcerative Colitis in Sprague Dawley Rats

A novel test formulation was formulated and the study aimed to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Biofield Energy Healing (the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing) based test formulation on the colon cytokines. Each ingredient of the test formulation was divided into two parts, one part was defined as control and the other part was described as the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation, which received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The expression of colon C-reactive protein (CRP) and pro-inflammatory cytokines viz. tumor necrosis factor-α, (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10), IL-23, interferon-γ (IFN-γ), and tumor growth factor-β (TGF-β) was determined by ELISA method. CRP level was significantly decreased by 38.5% (p<0.01), 22.3%, 51.2% (p<0.01), 43.9% (p<0.01), and 56.4% (p<0.01) in G5: Biofield Energy Treated test formulation; G6: Biofield treatment per se to animals (-15 days), G7 (Biofield Energy Treated test formulation at day -15), G8: Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals plus Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (-15 day), and G9 (Biofield Treatment per se (day-15) to animals plus untreated test formulation) groups, respectively as compared with the disease control (G2) group. The TGF-β level among the tested groups such as G5, G7, G8, and G9 was significantly decreased by 19%, 28.5% (p<0.001), 19.3%, and 11.6%, respectively as compared with the G2 group. In addition, the level of IL-23 was significantly (p≤0.001) decreased by 71.1% and 62.4% in the G7 and G8 groups, respectively with respect to the G2 group. The level of IL-6 was significantly decreased by 14.9%, 45% (p<0.001), 39.3% (p<0.001), and 20.9% (p<0.001), in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared with the G2 group. The level of TNF-α was significantly reduced by 12.2%, 30% (p<0.001), 59.1% (p<0.001), 49.2%, and 15.5% (p<0.001) in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared with the G2 group. Further, the level of IFN-γ was significantly decreased by 15.6%, 40.5% (p<0.001), 62.1% (p<0.001), 52.6% (p<0.001), and 28.4% by G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 respectively, as compared with the G2. Besides, IL-10 level was significantly increased by 31.7% (p<0.001), 14.3%, and 18.7% (p<0.05) in the G5, G6, and G9 groups, respectively as compared with the G2. Thus, it can be concluded that the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing significantly modulates the colon cytokines after treatment with the test formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se. Thus, the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation can be utilized against many inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs), including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, hepatic, colitis, gastrointestinal, and neurodegenerative along with various other factors such as microbial, parasitic and viral inflammatory responses.

Anti-aging Activity of Biofield Energy Treated Novel Proprietary Test Formulation by Assessment of Vital Biomarkers in Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) in Sprague Dawley Rats

Over the past few decades, Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) biomarkers have been reported as the golden standard for the diagnosis of anti-aging disorders and any neurodegenerative diseases. The study objective was to investigate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based novel proprietary test formulation for anti-aging activity using identification of Klotho, tau protein along with serotonin and corticosterone levels. Each ingredient of the test formulation was divided into two parts. One portion was defined as the untreated without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other portion was marked as the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment based test formulation, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. All the CSF biomarkers estimation were performed using ELISA assay kit as per manufacturer’s instructions. The level of Klotho was significantly increased by 63% (p≤0.05), 24.5%, 13%, 26.2%, and 41.7% in the experimental test groups viz. G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively, as compared with the untreated test formulation group (G4). However, the level of corticosterone was found to be decreased by 28.6%, 49.0% (p≤0.05), 18.8%, 51% (p≤0.01), and 62.5% (p≤0.01) in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively, as compared with the G4 group. Similarly, serotonin level was increased by 64.7% and 38% in the Biofield Energy Treated test groups viz. G6 and G8 groups, respectively, as compared with the G4 group. Thus, overall data indicated that the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment would be one of the best approach against aging and its related disorders such as any neuroprotective action, delays aging, improve cognition, age-related diseases, related to aging such as cancer, chronic kidney disease, ataxia, diabetes, and skin atrophy.

Evaluation of Biofield Energy Healing Treatment Based Proprietary Test Formulation on Gut Health Potential in Colon Cancer Cell Line (HT-29)

The present study was aimed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory potential of Biofield Energy Healing (the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing) on the test formulation in colon cancer cell line (HT-29). Each ingredient of the test formulation was divided into two parts, one part was denoted as the untreated test formulation and the other part was demarcated as the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation, which received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. MTT assay showed that the test formulation was found safe and non-toxic upto 122 μg/mL in HT-29 cells with more than 78% cell viability. The level of interleukin-6 (IL-6) expression was significantly reduced by 34.09% and 59.41% (p≤0.001) at 3 and 15 μM, respectively compared to the vehicle control (VC) group under the stimulation of tumor necrosis factor - alpha (TNF-α). Moreover, IL-8 level was significantly suppressed in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation by 57.09% and 42.88% at 0.1 and 3 μM, respectively compared with the VC group. However, the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation further substantial altered the level of interferon gamma compared to the VC group. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing significantly regulate the inflammatory condition after treatment with the test formulation in colon cancer cell line (HT-29). This experimental data suggested that the Biofield Treated test formulation can be utilized for many inflammatory disease conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel diseases, scleroderma, and type 1 diabetes mellitus.

Effect on the Expression of Serum Cytokines after Administration of Biofield Treated Proprietary Test Formulation in TNBS-induced Ulcerative Colitis Rats

The study was aimed to evaluate the gut health protective effect of Biofield Treated/Blessed proprietary test formulation on serum cytokines. Each constituents of the novel test formulation was divided into two parts, one part was denoted as control and the other part was defined as Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed test formulation, which received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing (prayer) remotely for about 3 minutes by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The serum was subjected to test the following biomarkers viz. C-reactive protein (CRP), myeloperoxidase (MPO), and pro-inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-10, IL-23, interferon gamma (IFN-γ), and transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) using ELISA method. CRP level was decreased by 17.12%, 40.13%, 34.79%, 42.28%, and 12.88% in the G5 (Biofield Treated test formulation), G6 (Biofield Energy Treatment per se at day -15), G7 (Biofield Treated test formulation from day-15), G8 (Biofield Treatment/Blessing per se to the animals with Biofield Treated/Blessed test formulation from day -15), and G9 (Biofield Treatment/Blessing per se from day -15 to animals plus untreated test formulation) groups, respectively as compared with the disease control (G2) group. TGF-β level was decreased by 9.51% and 9.99% in the G7 and G8 groups, respectively than untreated test formulation (G4) group. In addition, the level of IL-23 was decreased by 22.86%, 30.61%, 25.69%, 42.15%, and 25.81% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared with the G2. Further, the level of IL-6 was significantly decreased by 54.4% (p≤0.05), 30.5%, 20%, and 48% (p≤0.05) in the G5, G6, G7, and G8 groups, respectively with respect to the G4 group. There was an alteration of TNF-α compared to G2. Besides, IL-10 level was increased by 138.63%, 169.26%, 106.07%, 102.79%, and 81.55% in G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared with the G2 group. However, the serum MPO level was significantly decreased by 21.33% (p≤0.05), 15.42%, 22.61% (p≤0.05), 13.21%, and 26.25% (p≤0.05) in G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 respectively, than G2 group. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing/Blessing (prayer) would be the best alternative approach for treating gut inflammatory disorders. Thus, the results showed the significant retard the inflammation-related to gastrointestinal diseases (Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, along with microbial, parasitic, and viral inflammatory disorders), and its complications in the preventive treatment groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9).

Estimation of Collagen Synthesis in Human Dermal Fibroblast Cells: an Impact of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment

<p style="text-align:justify;">Human dermal fibroblasts are defined for skin strength and resilience by continuously secreting extracellular matrix (ECM) components, which are responsible for promoting skin rejuvenation and remodeling. Precisely, the branched collagen fibrils provide the skin with its shape and firmness. The objective of the present study was to assess the potential of Biofield Energy Treatment (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment-The Trivedi Effect®) in the HFF-1 cell line (Human Foreskin Fibroblast) and DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) for evaluation of skin health parameters such as proliferation rate and collagen level using in vitro model. An increase in cellular proliferation and collagen levels were considered as markers for skin health promoting effects. An aliquot of HFF-1 cells and DMEM were divided into two equal parts, one was treated with the Biofield Energy Treatment and denoted as treated test sample, while other part was coded as the untreated test sample. MTT assay was used to study the cellular proliferation and collagen level was estimated by collagen dye complex formation using Biotek Synergy HT microplate reader. The HFF-1 cellular proliferation rate was significantly increased by 85% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM as compared with Biofield Treated cells. Similarly, the collagen level was significantly (p≤0.01) increased by 44.2% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM as compared with control. Hence, the result suggests a significant improvement of collagen level in the Biofield Energy Treated media (DMEM) for improving skin health. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® might be a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the skin health, anti-aging activities in HFF-1 cell line.</p>

Wound Healing Potential of Biofield Energy Treatment in HaCaT Cell Line Using Scratch Assay

<p style="text-align:justify;">Wounds may be acute, subacute, or chronic and are the common clinical life entities. It is a complex biochemical process to restore the cell structures that depends upon cell proliferation and migration, mainly by keratinocytes and fibroblast cells. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of the Biofield Energy Treatment (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment-The Trivedi Effect®) in the HaCaT cell line (Human keratinocytes) and DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) for wound healing action using scratch assay (48 hours) against positive control i.e., recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor (Hu-EGF, 30 ng/mL). In vitro scratch assay monitored proliferation and migration of keratinocytes in the scratched wounded area using WimScratch Image analysis software. The results showed that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group have significantly higher percentage of keratinocytes migration i.e., 35.4%, while no migration was monitored in the Biofield Energy Treated HaCaT cells as compared with the baseline control group. Additionally, the percentage of scratch area was significantly decreased by 7.3% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM, while an increased scratched area was reported by 14% in the Biofield Energy Treated cells. Hence, the results using scratch assay showed a promising scientific approach to differentiate the Biofield Energy Treatment on cells or media for their wound healing potential. The data concluded that The Trivedi Effect® has the significant capability in wound healing activity in DMEM as compared with the HaCaT cell line with respect to the cell migration and reduced wound scratched area. Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) can be used as a complementary and alternative approach to improve the cellular migration and proliferation and can be used in psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, skin cancer, rashes from bacterial or fungal infections as anti-wrinkling, skin-whitening, anti-ageing, and rejuvenating agent.</p>

Effect of Biofield Energy Treated Cell Growth Medium on Human Fibroblast Cell Growth for Assessment of Skin Health Promotion Potential

<p style="text-align:justify;">Cell growth and proliferation plays an important role in wound healing, which is a complex and dynamic process. Wound management and recovery is currently done using various antiseptics and antibiotics in order to prevent or treat infection. The objective of the present study was to assess the effect of Biofield Energy (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment - The Trivedi Effect®) Treated cell growth medium on the proliferation of human dermal fibroblast cells (HFF-1) for the assessment of skin health promotion potential. An aliquot of HFF-1 cells and DMEM were divided into two parts, one was treated with the Biofield Energy Treatment and denoted as the treated test samples, while other part was coded as the untreated test samples. MTT assay was used to study the cellular proliferation, while cell growth rate was estimated under phase contrast microscope by monitoring the cell growth at 24, 48, and 72 hours interval and photomicrographs were captured. The results of HFF-1 cellular proliferation rate showed a significant (p≤0.001) increased by 80% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM, while positive controls, ascorbic acid (10 µM) and FBS (15% fetal bovine serum) showed increased cell proliferation by 21% and 44%, respectively. In addition, cell growth rate was evaluated at 24, 48, and 72 hours and the results were observed with a significant growth in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared with the Biofield Energy Treated HFF-1 cells. Thus, on the basis of the experimental results, it can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment has the significant capacity to improve the cellular proliferation and cell growth rate of human skin cells in the Biofield Energy Treated media (DMEM) for improving the overall skin health. It can be used as a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the various skin-related disorders, anti-aging, wound healing, and many more.</p>

Many skin based therapies including physical and chemical methods are in practice to rejuvenate the skin, but they might be related with some significant side-effects such as scarring. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Biofield Energy Treatment (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment-The Trivedi Effect®) in the HFF-1 cell line (Human Foreskin Fibroblast) and DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) for evaluation of skin health parameters such as proliferation rate and collagen level. Immunomodulatory Activity of Biofield Energy Healing Based Herbomineral Formulation in Sprague Dawley Rats: Evidence for Humoral and Cell-Mediated Responses

<p style="text-align:justify;">Herbomineral formulations are used extensively in the world-wide for the prevention and treatment of a wide range of disorders. A new proprietary herbomineral formulation was formulated consisted of an ashwagandha root extract and minerals (zinc, magnesium, and selenium). The present study was aimed to evaluate the impact of the Biofield Energy Treated herbomineral formulation in male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats for immune biomarkers modulation. The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely from twenty renowned Biofield Energy Healers. The experimental parameters studies were humoral immune response (primary and secondary titre), delayed type hypersensitivity reaction, animal weight parameters, feed and water intake, histopathology, hematological and serum biochemistry. The humoral immune response exhibited that both the primary and secondary hemagglutination (HA) antibody titre levels were significantly altered by 14.79% and 12.89%, respectively in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group (G4) compared to the disease control group (G2). The delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) response was significantly (p≤0.05) increased by 55.56% in the G4 group compared to the G2 group. The hematological results revealed that the platelet count was significantly increased by 8.46% in the G4 group with respect to the G2 group. Moreover, the level of phosphorus was significantly increased by 11.16% and 16.35% in the levamisole (G3) and G4 groups, respectively compared to the G2 group. In conclusion, the Biofield Energy Treated Test Formulation would be the powerful immunomodulatory product, which was found safe at the tested doses. Therefore, The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing based herbomineral formulation can be applied to potentiate the immune system that helps to fight against many infectious diseases. Overall, these data suggest that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation can be used for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, stress management and prevention, and anti-aging by improving overall health.</p>
