The aim of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory activity of the Biofield Treated/Blessed proprietary test formulation consisting of essential ingredients viz. minerals (zinc, magnesium, iron, and copper) and vitamins (B6, B12, and D3) in male Sprague Dawley rats. Each ingredient of the test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control without any Biofield Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi remotely. Additionally, three group of animals were also received Biofield Energy Treatment per se (at day -15) under similar conditions. The parameters were assessed such as immune biomarkers (IgM, IgG, IgA, IgE, CD4+, CD8+, and CD28+), biochemistry and hematology and histopathology. The experimental results showed IgG level was significantly increased by 10.70% and 8.03% in the G6 (Biofield Energy Treatment per se at day -15) and G8 (Biofield Treatment per se to animals plus Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15) groups, respectively as compared with untreated test formulation (G4). Additionally, CD8+ count was significantly increased by 20.67% in the G8 group, while CD28+ count was significantly increased by 11.70%, 8.32%, and 9.82% in the G7 (Biofield Energy Treated test formulation at day -15), G8, and G9 (Biofield Treatment per se (day -15) to animals plus untreated test formulation) groups, respectively after Biofield Energy Treatment to the animals as compared with the untreated test formulation. In hematological analysis, platelet count was increased in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups by 40.69%, 27.95%, 26.67%, 38.58%, and 28.28%, respectively compared with the disease control (G2) group. Biochemical parameters showed significant decrease in the level of creatinine by 32.14% in the G9 group as compared with the G2 group. Further, animal body weight, feed intake, relative organ weight, and histopathological findings of all the tested groups did not show any abnormal findings with respect to the safe and non-toxic treatment strategies. Overall, the experimental data concluded that the Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed test formulation showed considerable improved cellular and humoral immune response as compared with the untreated test formulation. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment per se and the test formulation has the significant capacity for immunomodulatory effect, stress management and anti-aging by improving overall health.

Description
An account of the resource
The present study was performed to determine the effects of The Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment on vitamin D3 and rats through the pharmacokinetic parameters measurement of both plasma level of vitamin D3 and 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 after the oral administration of vitamin D3 in rats. The test item, vitamin D3 was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control (without Biofield Energy Healing Treatment), while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. Additionally, one group of animals also received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment per se by the Healer under similar conditions. Vitamin D3 oral formulations were administrated by oral gavage at a dose of 500 μg per kg in groups viz. G1 (untreated Vitamin D3), G2 (Biofield Energy Treated Vitamin D3) and G3 (Biofield Energy Treated animals received untreated Vitamin D3) group. The results showed that the relative oral exposure (AUC0–t) of vitamin D3 was significantly increased by 155.62% and 111.73% in G2 and G3 groups, respectively as compared to the control group. Biofield Energy Treatment also significantly improved the plasma peak concentration (Cmax) of vitamin D3 by 223.84% and 187.5% in G2 and G3 groups, respectively as compared to the control group. This study results also showed that the relative oral exposure (AUC0–t) of 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 (metabolite) was significantly increased by 161.28% and 113.96% in G2 and G3 groups, respectively as compared to the control group (G1). Biofield Energy Treatment also significantly improved the plasma peak concentration (Cmax) of 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 by 174.25% and 111.77% in G2 and G3 groups, respectively as compared to the control group. After oral administration, plasma concentrations of active metabolite, 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 in all three groups were declined slowly. The mean residence time (MRTlast) and elimination rate constant (Kel) for this metabolite were unaltered in all three groups. These data suggest that Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 might be influenced in vivo biological activity of vitamin D3 due to increased plasma exposure (AUC) of both vitamin D3 and metabolite level, 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 in rats. There was significant improvement (>100%) of relative oral bioavailability of both vitamin D3 and 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitamin D3 that might be due to the alteration of physicochemical properties and thermal properties of vitamin D3 by the Biofield Energy Treatment. Biofield Energy Healing Treatment could be an innovative strategy that opens new avenues to overcome poorly absorbed pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals/herbal extracts and can also improve the therapeutic performance of orally active molecules.

Physicochemical, Thermal and Spectroscopic Characterization of the Energy of Consciousness Healing Treated Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) Root Extract
Subject
The topic of the resource
Material Science
Description
An account of the resource
"Ashwagandha root extract is widely used in nutraceutical preparations due to its broad range of pharmacological activities.
The objective of this study was to analyse the impact of Biofield Energy Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) on the physicochemical,
thermal and spectral properties of ashwagandha root extract by using various analytical techniques. The sample of
ashwagandha root extract was divided into two parts in which one part was kept untreated and called as control sample; while
the other part was provided with the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by the Biofield Energy Healer, Mr.
Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and termed as Biofield Energy Treated sample. The study reported that the particle size values at d10,
d50, d90, and D (4,3) in the Biofield Energy Treated sample was significantly decreased by 9.23%, 9.04%, 11.86%, and 10.59%,
respectively compared with the control sample. Thus, the surface area of the treated sample was significantly increased by
10.75% compared to the control sample. The PXRD analysis showed that the control as well as the Biofield Energy Treated
samples was amorphous in nature. The DSC analysis showed that the onset evaporation temperature and latent heat of
vaporization were significantly altered by 2.18% and-10.29%, respectively in the Biofield Energy Treated sample compared
with the control sample. The TGA analysis indicated the four step thermal degradation of both the samples. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd,
and 4th steps of thermal degradation of the treated sample showed an alteration in the weight loss by -6.59%, 1.97%, -1.80%,
and -8.65%, respectively along with 0.81% reduction in the total weight loss, compared with the control sample. Besides, the
maximum thermal degradation temperature (Tmax) in the control sample was observed at 234.17°C and 365.12°C for the two
broad peaks, which was decreased by 1.73% and 0.82%, respectively compared to the control sample. The overall analysis
suggests that the Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment might enhance the solubility, absorption, and bioavailability
profile of ashwagandha root extract along with altered thermal stability. Such altered properties might help in designing better
pharmaceutical and nutraceutical preparations; thereby provide better therapeutic response against various diseases such as
amnesia, arthritis, anxiety, cancer, impotence, neurodegenerative, and cardiovascular diseases."

An account of the resource

The study was aimed to evaluate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing-based vitamin D3 and DMEM on bone health in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). Test items (vitamin D3 and DMEM), were divided into two parts. One part of each sample was received the Biofield Energy Treatment by Inthirani Arul and those samples were denoted as Biofield Treated (BT) samples, while other parts of each sample were referred as untreated test items (UT). Cell viability revealed that test samples were found as safe in tested concentrations. ALP was significantly increased by 260% in BT-DMEM + BT-TI group at 0.1 µg/mL compared to UT-DMEM + UT-TI group. Moreover, collagen level was significantly increased by 102.94% and 52.94% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 0.1µg/mL than UT-DMEM + UT-TI group. Further, collagen level was significantly increased by 114.94%, 114.03%, and 152.33% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 1µg/mL than untreated. Besides, percent of bone mineralization was significantly enhanced by 82.95% and 119.55% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10µg/mL than untreated. Moreover, it was significantly increased by 166.44% and 212.49% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 50µg/mL than untreated. It was also significantly increased by 104.44%, 100%, and 230.22% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 100µg/mL than untreated. Among three combination regimens, the Biofield Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM group was comparatively more improved the bone-related parameters and might be useful against various bone-related disorders (rickets, low bone density, osteomalacia, osteoporosis, Paget’s disease, chondrodystrophia fetalis), stress management, anti-aging, autoimmune and inflammatory disorders near future.
