<text>Background: Herbomineral formulations are momentous in an audience of worldwide by virtue of their holistic approach to life. These formulations are widely used as complementary therapies in immunocompromised patients including cancer. Still, there is the need of cost-effective and safe herbomineral-based formulation that can modulate immune response by the regulation of cytokines cascades. Objective: Current study, we investigated immunomodulatory effect of TEBEH in LPS-induced cytokines expression levels in mouse splenocytes in vitro. Materials and Methods: The most effective and safe concentrations of TEBEH were chosen by determining the cell viability of splenocytes using MTT assay. The pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1β, MIP-1α, and IFN-γ were measured in cell supernatants using ELISA. Results: MTT data showed TEBEH formulation was found safe up to 10.53 µg/mL. At noncytotoxic concentrations (0.00001053–10.53 µg/mL), TEBEH significantly (P ≤ 0.001) inhibited the expressions of TNF-α, IL-1β, and MIP-1α in mouse splenocytes as compared with vehicle control. Conclusion: In summary, TEBEH may indeed promote an anti-inflammatory environment by suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines. These observations indicated that TEBEH has potential effects in downregulating the immune system and might be developed as a useful anti-inflammatory product for various inflammatory disorders.

<text>Bone health is one of the important parts of healthy-life and longevity. In the current scenario, due to indiscriminate uses of pesticides in agriculture, there is a high abundance of toxins and contaminants in the environment and food chain. For this consequence, the present study has investigated the effect of the Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Based test formulation on bone health parameters using the human bone osteosarcoma cells - MG-63(ATCC® CRL-1427™). A proprietary formulation was designed that consisted of eight ingredients viz. zinc chloride, ferrous sulfate, sodium selenate, nanocurcumin, copper chloride, magnesium gluconate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). The test formulation was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the untreated test formulation without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The cell viability assay data of the test formulation showed more than 70% cell viability at the concentration ranges from 0.001 to 10 μg/mL, which indicated its safe and non-cytotoxic nature. Alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) was significantly increased by 80.16%, 292.91%, 200.36%, 22.24%, and 690.35% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation group (G4) at 0.0008, 0.001, 0.0033, 0.052, and 10.41 μg/mL, respectively as compared to the untreated test formulation group (G3). As a result of that phosphorus absorption and deposition in bone cells can be increased which can help to make stronger bone. The data demonstrated that the Biofield Treatment has the strong potential for the treatment of patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and other bone disorders. Thus, Consciousness Energy Healing can be useful as a bone cells growth promoter for different bone-related disorders like low bone density, osteogenesis imperfecta, osteoporosis, etc.

The functional biomarkers like endothelin-1 and nitric oxide (NO) were evaluated in all the three tissue homogenate using ELISA. The proprietary test formulation including minerals (selenium, magnesium, zinc, calcium, iron, and copper), vitamins (vitamin B9, ascorbic acid, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol, and pyridoxine HCl), cannabidiol isolate, β-carotene, and Panax ginseng extract. The each constituents of the proprietary test formulation were divided into two parts; one was denoted as untreated without any Blessing, while the other part received Biofield Treatment by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The results showed that the level of endothelin-1 in the aorta tissue homogenate was decreased by 52.41%, 50.92%, 42.71%, 32.20%, and 45.66% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively than disease control (G2) group. The level of NO in the aorta tissue homogenate was increased by 30.77%, 11.02%, 13.96%, and 22.57% in the G5, G6, G7, and G8 than G2. Moreover, the expression of endothelin-1 in the lung tissue homogenate was decreased by 40.95%, 19.69%, 39.94%, 24.09%, and 18.85% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively than G2. The level of NO in the lung tissue homogenate was increased by 25.29% and 29.16% in the G6 and G7 groups, respectively than G2. Further, the level of endothelin-1 in the kidney tissue homogenate was decreased by 18.65%, 11.27%, 22.84%, 19.44%, and 30.32% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively than G2. Overall, data suggested a significant improvement of endothelin-1 and nitric oxide activity in different organs. Therefore, the current outcomes could able to envisage a remarkable reduction of cardiovascular complications in the preventive treatment viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9 and might be beneficial various types of cardiovascular disorders and overall health.

<text>Systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) is a multiplex pathophysiological defense response against noxious stressor such as infection, trauma, burns, or any others injuries. Study objective was to evaluate the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory potential of Biofield Energy Treated (Blessed) Proprietary Test Formulation and Biofield Energy Healing Treatment (Blessing) per se to the animals on Cecal Slurry, LPS, and E. coli-induced SIRS model in Sprague Dawley rats. Each component of the test formulation was divided into two parts; one part was denoted as untreated test formulation, while other part of the test formulation and three group of animals received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely for about 3 minutes by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The level of MPO was significantly (p≤0.001) reduced by 51.44%, 71.69%, 55.79%, 55.16%, and 58.12% in G5 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli + Biofield Energy Treated test formulation); G6 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli + Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals from day -15); G7 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli + Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15); G8 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli + Biofield Energy Treatment per se + Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed test formulation from day -15), and G9 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli + Biofield Energy Treatment per se animals + untreated test formulation) groups, respectively with reference to disease control (G2) group. The level of LPO end product in terms of malondialdehyde (MDA) was significantly (p≤0.001) reduced by 52.71%, 56.54%, 67.35%, and 75.28% in G6, G7, G8, and G9 as compared to the G4 group. The level of MMP-9 was significantly (p≤0.001) decreased by 34.79%, 48.57%, 39.29%, and 41.25% in G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively with reference to G4 group. Moreover, the level of FDP was significantly (p≤0.001) decreased by 39.87%, 44.91%, 39.76%, 43.09%, and 46.47% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. The level of substance P was significantly (p≤0.001) decreased by 19.93%, 25.51%, and 27.92% in the G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G4 group. The level of iNOS was significantly (p≤0.001) decreased by 39.26% (p≤0.001), 38.95% (p≤0.001), 47.63% (p≤0.001), and 59.78% (p≤0.001) in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. Overall, the data suggested the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potentials of the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se with respect to various inflammatory conditions that might be beneficial various types of systemic inflammatory disorders specially sepsis, trauma, septic shock or any types of injuries. Consequently, the results significantly slowdown the inflammation-related symptoms in preventive treatment groups like G6, G7, G8, and G9.

<text>"The study was aimed to evaluate the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory biomarkers in heart tissues after treatment with the Biofield Energy Treated Proprietary Test Formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se to the animals on Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli-induced systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) model in Sprague Dawley rats. In this experiment, different antioxidants biomarkers such as myeloperoxidase (MPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxidase (LPO) and proinflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), macrophage inflammatory protein-2 (MIP-2), and matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP-9) were analysed using ELISA assay in heart homogenate. A proprietary test formulation was formulated including minerals (magnesium, zinc, calcium, selenium, and iron), vitamins (ascorbic acid, pyridoxine HCl, vitamin E, cyanocobalamin, and cholecalciferol), Panax ginseng extract, β-carotene, and cannabidiol isolate. The constituents of the test formulation were divided into two parts; one section was defined as the untreated test formulation, while the other portion of the test formulation and the animals received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely for about 3 minutes by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi.

The level of MPO was reduced by 12.07% in the G6 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals from day -15) group as compared to the untreated test formulation (G4) group. Moreover, the level of SOD was significantly (p≤0.05) increased by 19.03%, 17.26%, and 11.81% in the G6, G7, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G4 group. The level of TNF-α was significantly decreased by 25.97%, 40.28% (p≤0.01), 24.86%, 36.54% (p≤0.01), and 34.30% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the disease control (G2) group. Moreover, the level of IL-6 was significantly (p≤0.001) decreased by 23.5%, 31.0%, 26.3%, and 39.8% in the G5, G6, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. Additionally, the level of MIP-2 was reduced by 26.7% and 19.5% in the G6 and G8 groups, respectively as compared to the G4 group.

Besides, the level of MMP-9 was significantly (p≤0.001) reduced by 15.1%, 21.5%, and 34% in the G6, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G4 group. Altogether, the data imply the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential of the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se along with preventive measure on the animal with respect to various inflammatory conditions that might be beneficial various types of systemic inflammatory disorders specially sepsis, trauma, septic shock or any types of cardiac injuries. Therefore, the results showed the significant slowdown the inflammation-related disease progression and its complications/symptoms in the preventive Biofield Energy Treatment group per se and/or Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9) comparatively with the disease control group."

<text>Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response to a confirmed or suspected infection. The transition from sepsis to septic shock causes high rate of mortality. The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the anti-inflammatory potential of the Biofield Energy Treated Proprietary Test Formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se to the animals on Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli-induced systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) model in Sprague Dawley rats using serum inflammatory biomarkers. In this experiment, various inflammatory biomarkers such as C-reactive protein (CRP), leptin, nitric oxide (NO), substance polypeptide (substance P), matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) were analysed using ELISA assay. A test formulation was formulated including minerals (magnesium, zinc, calcium, selenium, and iron), vitamins (ascorbic acid, pyridoxine HCl, vitamin E, cyanocobalamin, and cholecalciferol), Panax ginseng extract, β-carotene, and cannabidiol isolate. The constituents of the test formulation were divided into two parts; one section was defined as the untreated test formulation, while the other portion of the test formulation and three group of animals received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely for about 3 minutes by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The results showed that the level of CRP was significantly (p≤0.001) reduced by 36.78%, 37.67%, 34.44%, 61.70%, and 43.37% in the G5 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation); G6 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals from day -15); G7 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15); G8 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with Biofield Energy Treatment per se plus the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15), and G9 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with Biofield Energy Treatment per se animals plus the untreated test formulation) groups, respectively as compared to the disease control (G2) group. Additionally, the level of leptin was significantly increased by 11.83% and 16.48% (p≤0.05) in the G5 and G7 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. The level of NO was increased by 25.97% in the G6 group as compared to the G2 group. The level of substance P was significantly decreased by 32.62% (p≤0.001), 11.89%, 30.5% (p≤0.001), 11.21%, and 15.64% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. Moreover, the level of MMP-2 was significantly decreased by 17.35% (p≤0.05) and 42.98% (p≤0.001) in the G8 and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group; while 28.43%, 50.62%, and 22.43% decreased in the G6, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the untreated test formulation group (G4). Additionally, the level of MCP-1 was significantly (p≤0.001) decreased by 53.42%, 53.47%, 55.30%, 54.58%, and 53.88% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. Overall, the data suggested anti-inflammatory potentials of the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se along with preventive measure on the animal with respect to various inflammatory conditions that might be beneficial various types of systemic inflammatory disorders specially sepsis, trauma, septic shock or any types of injuries. Therefore, the results showed the significant slowdown the inflammation-related disease progression and its complications/symptoms in the preventive Biofield Energy Treatment group per se and/or Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9) comparatively with the disease control group.

The level of substance P was significantly decreased in brain by 18.42% (p≤0.001), 53.79% (p≤0.001), 16.65%, 14.64%, and 28.43% (p≤0.001) in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G4 group. The iNOS level in brain was significantly decreased by 35.92% (p≤0.001), 32.80%, 47.20% (p≤0.001), and 66.43% (p≤0.001) in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively than G4 group. Besides, FDP in heart tissue was significantly decreased by 15.66%, 17.41% (p≤0.05), 11.85%, and 13.02% in the G5, G6, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G4 group. The levels of heart substance P and iNOS were altered. Overall, the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se along with preventive maintenance groups showed an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potentials. Therefore, the results showed the significant slowdown the inflammation related disease progression and its complications/symptoms in the preventive groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9) that might be beneficial various types of systemic inflammatory disorders specially sepsis, trauma, septic shock or any types of injuries.

<text>Cardiovascular disorders (CVDs) are one of the most leading cause of death worldwide. Study objective was to evaluate the impact of the Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed novel Proprietary Test Formulation and Biofield Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing per se to the animals on NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester A hydrochloride (L-NAME) and high fat diet (HFD)-induced cardiovascular model in Sprague Dawley rats using various functional organ (liver, heart, kidney, brain and muscles) biomarkers. The functional biomarkers like vitamin D receptor (VDR), telomerase enzyme, and citrate synthase using ELISA assay for the assessment of overall health benefits. Each constituent of the test formulation was divided into two parts; one part was known as the untreated test formulation. The other part of each ingredient and of animals (three group) were received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing remotely for ~3 minutes by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi, a renowned spiritual leader. The result showed that the level of VDR expression in the liver tissue was significantly increased by 25.12% and 30.03% in the G5 (L-NAME + HFD + the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation) and G6 (L-NAME + HFD + Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals from day -15) groups, respectively, as compared to the (L-NAME + HFD + untreated test formulation) group (G4). Moreover, the level of VDR in the kidney tissue was also increased by 21.08%, 31.30%, 15.12%, 17.12%, and 15.06% in the G5, G6, G7 (L-NAME + HFD + the Biofield Treated/Blessed test formulation from day -15), G8 (L-NAME + HFD + Biofield Energy Treatment/Blessing per se plus the Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed test formulation from day -15), and G9 (L-NAME + HFD + Biofield Energy Blessed animals with untreated test formulation) groups, respectively as compared to the disease control (G2) group. Additionally, the expression of VDR in the heart tissue was significantly increased by 25.23%, 25.45%, and 19.42% in the G5, G6, and G8 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. Further, the level of telomerase enzyme in the brain tissue was increased by 88.67%, 78.59%, 120.29%, 93.24%, and 87.63% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively than G2 group. Further, the level of citrate synthase was increased marginally in the treatment groups as compared to the disease control and untreated test formulation group. Overall, data suggested a significant improvement of VDR expression and telomerase enzyme activity in different tissue homogenate, Thus, the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se along with preventive measure on the animals that might be beneficial various types of cardiovascular disorders and overall health. Therefore, the study outcomes showed the significant slowdown the oxidative stress-induced cardiovascular disorders and its related symptoms in the preventive treatment groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9) compared to disease control group.

In this experiment, various inflammatory biomarkers such as monokine induced by gamma interferon (MIG), regulated on activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted (RANTES), macrophage inflammatory protein-2 (MIP-2), matrix metallopeptidase 9 (MMP-9), troponin-1, procalcitonin, fibrinogen degradation product (FDP) were analysed using ELISA assay. The results showed that the level of MIG was significantly (p≤0.01) reduced by 48.57%, 56.14%, 47.95%, 51.92%, and 47.83% in the G5 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation); G6 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals from day -15); G7 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15); G8 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with Biofield Energy Treatment per se plus the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15), and G9 (Cecal Slurry, LPS and E. coli along with Biofield Energy Treatment per se animals plus the untreated test formulation) groups, respectively as compared to the disease control (G2) group.

The level of MMP-9 was significantly (p≤0.001) decreased by 18.74%, 35.54%, 26.48%, 38.16%, and 22.52% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. Moreover, the level of troponin-1 was decreased by 28.53%, 28.50%, 14.14%, 30.68%, and 36.34% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the untreated test formulation (G4) group. Additionally, the level of procalcitonin was significantly (p≤0.001) decreased by 27.27%, 51.73%, 46.40%, 54.65%, and 39.08% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. Further, the level of fibrinogen degradation product (FDP) was significantly (p≤0.001) decreased by 66.7%, 62.5%, 31.5%, 51.6% and 40.1% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2 group. G6, G7, G8, and G9) comparatively with the disease control group."

<text>The present study evaluated cardiovascular health biomarkers from serum after treatment with the Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed novel Proprietary Test Formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se to the animals on NG-Nitro-L-Arginine Methyl Ester Hydrochloride (L-NAME) and High Fat Diet (HFD)- induced cardiovascular model in Sprague Dawley rats using various functional serum biomarkers such as Nitric Oxide (NO), angiotensin-II, homocysteine, adiponectin, Apolipoprotein A1 (APO-A1), and Apo B100 (Protein of LDL) using ELISA assay. The test formulation was formulated including minerals (magnesium, zinc, copper, calcium, selenium, and iron), vitamins (ascorbic acid, pyridoxine HCl, vitamin B9, vitamin B12, and vitamin D3), Cannabidiol (CBD) isolate, Panax ginseng extract, and β-carotene. The constituents of the test formulation were divided into two parts; one part was referred as the untreated test formulation, while the other part and three group of animals received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing remotely for about 3 minutes by a renowned spiritual healing expert, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. Serum NO was found to be decreased by 12.1%, 22.1%, 25.3%, 28.3%, and 29.1% in the G5 (L-NAME+HFD + the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation), G6 (L-NAME + HFD + Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals from day -15), G7 (L-NAME+HFD + the Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed test formulation from day -15), G8 (L-NAME+HFD + Biofield Energy Treatment/Blessing per se plus the Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed test formulation from day -15), and G9 (L-NAME+HFD + Biofield Energy Treatment per se animals plus the untreated test formulation) groups, respectively, as compared to the disease control G2 group. However, serum NO was decreased by 9.9% and 10.9% in the G8 and G9 groups, respectively than untreated test formulation (G4) group. In addition, serum angiotensin-II level was significantly decreased by 14.1% in the G6 group as compared to the G4 group. Similarly, the homocysteine level was significantly decreased by 56.36%, 47.84%, 45.93%, 54.85%, and 53.79% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G2. Adiponectin level was increased by 34.97%, 25.15%, 46.01%, 22.70%, and 38.24% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared to the G4 group. APO-A1 level in the G7 group showed increased APO-A1 by 13.5% and 10.4% as compared to the G2 and G4 group, respectively. Apo-B100 was significantly decreased by 12.5%, and 13.8% in the G7 and G9 groups, respectively than G4 group. Thus, all serum biomarkers defined as improved tested parameters after treatment with Biofield Energy Treated test formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se along with preventive measure on the animals, which could be beneficial against many cardiovascular disorders. Therefore, the results showed the significant reduced antioxidant level, reduced stress-related cardiovascular disease progression and its complications/symptoms such as Ischaemia, myocardial infarction, cardiac and vascular protection, cardiovascular risk factor, stroke, peripheral vessel diseases, and pulmonary embolism, and many cardiovascular health diseases. Biofield Energy Treatment/Blessing might act as a preventive maintenance therapy to maintain good health, to fully restore health, or to improve the overall health and quality of human life.
