Characterization of the Physicochemical and Thermal properties of the Biofield Energy Treated Flutamide Using PSA, PXRD, TGA/DTG, and DSC Analytical Techniques
Pharmaceutical Compounds
<p style="text-align:justify;">Flutamide is an antiandrogen drug that blocks the action of testosterone by binding to the androgen receptor. This study was designed to determine the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of flutamide. The test sample was divided into two parts, i.e., control and treated sample. The control part was known as untreated sample, while the treated part remotely received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton. The study showed that the particle size values were significantly increased by 15.82%(d10), 16.36%(d50), 1.05%(d90), and 5.10% {D (4, 3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly decreased by 14.56% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from 7.02% to 29.41% and -9.17% to 17.86%, along with 2.84% increase in the average crystallite size in the treated flutamide compared to the control sample. The residue weight was significantly decreased by 64.16%; however, the maximum thermal degradation temperature was increased by 10.16% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat of the treated sample reduced by 9.37% compared with the control sample. The results revealed the significant alteration in the crystallinity, particle size and thermal stability of the treated sample as compared to the untreated sample. Thus, the Biofield Energy Treated flutamide might improve the flowability, and compatibility compared with the untreated sample, that may help in designing a better pharmaceutical formulation in terms of its performance against various diseases.</p>

Evaluation of the Effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of Flutamide
Pharmaceuticals
<p style="text-align:justify;">Flutamide is used primarily to treat the prostate cancer, which blocks the action of exogenous testosterone by binding to the androgen receptor. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of flutamide using the modern analytical technique. The flutamide sample was divided into control and treated part. The control part did not receive any Energy Treatment, while the treated part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -29.24% to 1.79% and 0.44% to 31.21% respectively; however, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 19.13% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The particle size values were altered by 0.12%(d10) 2.9%(d50), 7.52%(d90), and 5.81%{D(4,3)}, thus, the specific surface area was decreased by 0.55% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The melting point and latent heat of fusion of the treated sample were increased by 0.63% and 5.31%, respectively compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased by 1.19%; however, the residue amount was increased by 1.18% in the treated flutamide compared with the control sample. The Biofield Energy Treatment might have generated a new polymorphic form of flutamide which would be more efficacious in the pharmaceutical formulations for the treatment of prostate cancer.</p>

Impact of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Isotopic Abundance Ratio of Flutamide Using LC-MS and GC-MS Spectrometry
Materials Science
Flutamide is a nonsteroidal antiandrogen (NSAA) which is used to treat the prostate cancer by blocking the action of exogenous testosterone thru binding to the androgen receptor. This study was designed and performed to investigate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and isotopic abundance ratio of flutamide using LC-MS and GCMS spectroscopy. Flutamide sample was divided into two parts, one part of flutamide was considered as control (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was treated with The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as a treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) 3.4 minutes exhibited the mass of the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 275.08 [M-H]- (calculated for C11H10F3N2O3-, 175.06). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) in the treated flutamide was significantly increased by 18.44% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C11H10F3N2O3)- to m/z 276.08 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated flutamide was increased by 4.72% compared with the control sample. Hence, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C11H10F3N2O3)+ to m/z 277 in the Biofield Energy Treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) in the treated flutamide was significantly altered compared to the control sample. It can be assumed that the changes in isotopic abundance and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®- Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The new form of treated flutamide would be better designing novel pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic response against prostate cancer, androgen-dependent skin and hair conditions including acne, seborrhea, hirsutism, and scalp hair loss, hyperandrogenism, as well useful for feminizing hormone therapy aimed at transgender women.

Flutamide is used to treat prostate cancer, which acts by blocking the action of exogenous testosterone binding through its androgen receptor. This study was designed and performed to investigate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of flutamide using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated flutamide sample was increased by 10.39% compared with the control sample. The results indicated that the 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C11H11F3N2O3)+ to m/z 277 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample.
