Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) has multiple effects which regulate the functions of muscles, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, heart, immune system, pancreas, large and small intestines. The aim of the study was to investigate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the isotopic abundance ratios (PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM) and structural properties of vitamin D3 using LC-MS, GC-MS, and NMR spectroscopy. Vitamin D3 was divided into two parts, one part of the sample was termed as untreated (control) sample, while the other part of the sample received The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and termed as Biofield Energy Treated sample. The LC-ESI-MS analysis of both the samples showed the mass of protonated ion at m/z 385.3 (calcd for C27H45O+, 385.35) at the retention time (Rt) 20.7 minutes. The liquid chromatographic peak area of the treated sample was significantly improved by 16.00% compared to the control sample. Similarly, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O) was very significantly increased by 470.88% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. But, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM(18O/16O) in the treated sample also significantly decreased by 41.81% compared to the control sample. Therefore, the 2H, 13C, and 17O contributions from C27H45O+ to m/z 386 were significantly increased, whereas 18O contribution from C18H18O6+ to m/z 387 was decreased in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The GC-MS analysis showed that the parent molecular mass peak intensities (m/z 384.4) in the treated sample at Rt 23.04 and 23.65 minutes were significantly increased by 6.11% and 9.62%, respectively compared with the control sample. The proton and carbon signals for CH3, CH2, CH, C-OH, and =C= groups in the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the control and treated samples were similar. The altered isotopic abundance ratios and mass peak intensities might be due to energy produced by The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment via the possible mediation of neutrinos, which further lead to the change in the kinetic isotope effects and physicochemical properties of the treated sample. Thus, The Trivedi Effect® Treated vitamin D3 would be advantageous for designing better nutraceutical and pharmaceutical formulations which might provide better therapeutic response against vitamin D deficiency, rickets, osteoporosis, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, mental disorders, infections, stress, aging, glucose intolerance, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, dementia, etc.

Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is an essential water-soluble vitamin widely used in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical formulations for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B6 deficiency and other diseases. The objective of the study was to explore the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Treatment on the isotopic abundance ratios and structural properties of pyridoxine hydrochloride using LC-MS, GC-MS, and NMR analytical techniques. The pyridoxine sample was equally divided into control/ untreated and Biofield Energy Treated pyridoxine. The treated pyridoxine sample received Biofield Energy Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) remotely for ~3 minutes by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi, who was located in the USA, while the test samples were located in the research laboratory in India. The treated sample was designated as the Biofield Energy Treated sample. The LC-ESI-MS analysis of both of the pyridoxine samples showed the protonated parent ion mass at m/z 170 (calcd for C8H12NO3+, 170.08) at retention times (Rt) 2.41 minutes. But, the relative peak intensities of the treated pyridoxine were significantly improved compared to the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O) were significantly increased by 11.92% and 153.85%, respectively in the treated pyridoxine compared to the control sample. Thus, 2H, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O contributions from C8H12NO3+ to the isotopic m/z 171 and 18O contribution to the isotopic m/z 172 was significantly increased in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The GC chromatographic peak area% and GC-MS mass peak intensity of the treated sample was significantly increased by 15.88% and 32.26%, respectively compared to the control sample. The proton and carbon signals for CH3, CH2, NH2, CH, =C=, and C-OH groups in the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the control and treated samples were similar. The increased mass peak intensities, peak area%, and isotopic abundance ratios in the Biofield Energy Treated pyridoxine might be the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Treatment via the possible mediation of neutrinos, which further lead to the change in the kinetic isotope effects of the treated pyridoxine. Thus, the Trivedi Effect® Treated pyridoxine might be advantageous for designing better nutraceutical, dietary supplements and/or pharmaceutical formulations which might provide better therapeutic response against vitamin B6 deficiency, hereditary sideroblastic anemia, premenstrual syndrome, cardiovascular disease, pyridoxine-dependency seizures, febrile seizures, pulmonary tuberculosis, metabolic disorders, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, hyperhomocysteinemia, anxiety, asthma, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, dysmenorrhea, akathisia, angioplasty, birth outcomes, cognitive function, hyperkinetic cerebral dysfunction syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, hypertension, immune system function, breast pain, pregnancy-induced nausea and vomiting, lactation suppression, McArdle’s disease, osteoporosis, Tardive dyskinesia, autism, stroke recurrence, etc.

The objective of the study was to investigate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the isotopic abundance ratios (PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM) and structural properties of thiamine hydrochloride using LC-MS, GC-MS, and NMR spectroscopy. Thiamine sample was divided into two parts, one part of the sample was termed as untreated/control thiamine, while the other part of the sample received the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and designated as Biofield Energy Treated thiamine. The LC-ESI-MS analysis of both the thiamine samples showed the mass of parent molecular ion at m/z 265.03 (calcd for C12H17N4OS+, 265.11) at the retention times (Rt) 1.51 minutes with similar fragmentation pattern. But, the relative peak intensities of the treated sample were significantly improved compared to the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O or 34S/32S) were significantly increased by 43.60% and 42.68%, respectively in the treated thiamine compared to the control sample. Therefore, 2H, 13C, 15N, 17O, and 33S contributions from C12H17N4OS+ to the isotopic m/z 266 and 18O and 34S contributions to the isotopic m/z 267 was significantly increased in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The GC-MS mass peak intensity of the treated sample (52940.7) was significantly increased by 131.01% compared to the control sample (22917.04). The proton and carbon signals for CH3, CH2, NH2, CH, =C=, and C-OH groups in the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the control and treated samples were similar. The increased mass peak intensities and isotopic abundance ratios in thiamine might be due to the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment via the possible mediation of neutrinos, which may change the intra-atomic bond strength, its physical stability, kinetic isotope effects of the treated thiamine. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated thiamine would be advantageous for designing better nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical formulations which might provide better therapeutic response against vitamin B1 deficiency and related disorders, including beriberi, Korsakoff’s syndrome, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, maple syrup urine disease, Leigh’s disease, optic neuropathy, alcoholism, and aging.

<p style="text-align:justify;">The present study was aimed to evaluate the impact of The Trivedi Effect® - Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment (Biofield Energy Healing Treatment) on magnesium gluconate for the change in the structural properties and isotopic abundance ratio (PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM) using LC-MS and NMR spectroscopy. Magnesium gluconate was divided into two parts – one part was control, and another part was treated with The Trivedi Effect®- Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely by twenty renowned Biofield Energy Healers and defined as The Trivedi Effect® treated sample. The LC-MS analysis of both the control and treated samples revealed the presence of the mass of the protonated magnesium gluconate at m/z 415 at the retention time of 1.52 min with almost similar fragmentation pattern. The relative peak intensities of the fragment ions of the treated sample were significantly altered compared with the control sample. The proton and carbon signals for CH, CH2 and CO groups in the proton and carbon NMR spectra were found almost similar for the control and the treated samples. The isotopic abundance ratio analysis revealed that the isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O or 25Mg/24Mg) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O or 26Mg/24Mg) were significantly decreased in the treated sample by 35.97% and 66.77%, respectively compared with the control sample. Briefly, 13C, 2H, 17O, and 25Mg contributions from (C12H23MgO14)+ to m/z 416, 18O and 26Mg contributions from (C12H23MgO14)+ to m/z 417 in the treated sample were significantly reduced compared with the control sample. Thus, The Trivedi Effect® treated magnesium gluconate could be valuable for designing better pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical formulations through its changed physicochemical and thermal properties, which might be providing better therapeutic response against various diseases such as diabetes mellitus, allergy, aging, inflammatory diseases, immunological disorders, and other chronic infections. The Trivedi Effect® Treated magnesium gluconate might be supportive to design the novel potent enzyme inhibitors using its kinetic isotope effects.</p>
