An account of the resource
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin, which widely used for the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency disorders. This study was designed to investigate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of cholecalciferol using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. Cholecalciferol sample was divided into two parts, one part of cholecalciferol was considered as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was treated with The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as the treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) ~21.5 minutes exhibited the mass of the molecular ion peak at m/z 385.25 (calcd for C27H45O+, 385.35). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated cholecalciferol was increased by 1.9% compared with the control sample. The control and treated cholecalciferol showed the presence of the chromatographic peak at the retention time of ~22.7min in the GC-MS chromatograms. The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the treated cholecalciferol was significantly increased by 1.99% and 15.69%, respectively compared with the control sample. Hence, 13C, 2H, 17O and 18O contributions from C27H44O+ to m/z 386 and 387 in the Biofield Energy Treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O) in the Biofield Energy Treated cholecalciferol were significantly increased compared to the control sample. It can be assumed that the changes in isotopic abundance and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via The Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The new form of cholecalciferol would be better designing novel pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic response against rickets, osteoporosis, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, cancer, diabetes mellitus, mental disorders, cardiovascular diseases, infections, cognitive impairment in older adults, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, dementia, glucose intolerance, multiple sclerosis, etc.

An account of the resource
Metronidazole is an antibiotic and useful for the antibacterial and antiprotozoal medication. This study was performed to investigate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of metronidazole using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. Metronidazole sample was divided into two parts, one part of metronidazole was considered as control (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was treated with the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as a treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples of metronidazole at the retention time (Rt) 2.61 minutes exhibited the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak at m/z 172 [M+H]+ (calculated for C6H10N3O3+, 172.07). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) in the treated metronidazole was significantly increased by 8.24% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C6H10N3O3)+ to m/z 173 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated metronidazole was significantly increased by 5.92% compared with the control sample. Hence, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C6H9N3O3)+ to m/z 172 in the Biofield Energy Treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. However, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM in the treated metronidazole was significantly decreased by 18.2% compared with the control sample. Hence, 18O contributions from (C6H9N3O3)+ to m/z 173 in the treated sample were significantly decreased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O) in the treated metronidazole was significantly altered compared to the control sample. From the results, it can be hypothesized that the changes in isotopic abundance and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The new form of treated metronidazole would be better designing novel pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic response against bacterial and protozoal infection in the vagina (bacterial vaginosis), stomach (giardiasis, trichomoniasis, pseudomembranous colitis), joints (pelvic inflammatory disease), liver, skin, brain, and respiratory tract, aspiration pneumonia, rosacea, intra-abdominal infections, lung abscess, fungating wounds, periodontitis, amoebiasis, oral infections, etc.

An account of the resource
Silver sulfadiazine is a sulfonamide-based topical antibiotic used in the partial and full burn to prevent infection. This study was performed to investigate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of silver sulfadiazine using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. Silver sulfadiazine sample was divided into two parts, one part of silver sulfadiazine was considered as control (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was treated with The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as a treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the control and Biofield Energy Treated samples at retention time (Rt) 4.1 minutes exhibited the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak at m/z 251.08 (calculated for C10H11N4O2S+, 251.06) with 100% base peak intensity in the MS spectrum in +ve ion mode was found to be sulfadiazine. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated sulfadiazine was significantly increased by 59.03% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, and 33S contributions from (C10H11N4O2S)+ to m/z 252.08 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The control and treated silver sulfadiazine showed the presence of the chromatographic peak at the retention time of 17.71 min in the GC-MS chromatograms. The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the treated sulfadiazine was significantly decreased by 3% and 22.04%, respectively compared with the control sample. Hence, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, 33 S, and 34S contributions from (C7H9N2O2S)+ to m/z 186 and 187 in the Biofield Energy Treated sample were significantly decreased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (34S/32S) in the treated silver sulfadiazine were significantly decreased compared to the control sample. It can be assumed that the changes in isotopic abundance and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly via the interference of neutrino particles controlled by The Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The new form of silver sulfadiazine would be better for designing novel pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic response against bacterial infections, superficial and partial thickness burn injuries, etc.

Description
An account of the resource

Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract is an important herbal medicine. The current study was designed to investigate the impact of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) on the characteristic properties of the phytoconstituents present in the ashwagandha root extract using LC-MS, GC-MS, and NMR spectroscopy. Ashwagandha root extract was divided into two parts – one part was control (without treatment), while another part was treated with the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by seven renowned Biofield Energy Healers and defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample. The LC-MS analysis revealed that the retention time (Rt) of the phytoconstituents remained same in both the control and treated samples, whereas the peak area% was significantly altered. The peak area% of the treated sample at Rt of 5.06, 5.24, 5.49, 5.68, 6.78, 6.87, 8.12, 8.22, 8.36, 8.55, 9.02, and 10.13 minutes were significantly increased in the range of 0.27% to 146.94% compared to the control sample. In addition, the peak area% of the treated sample at Rt of 5.29, 5.36, 6.40, 6.49, 6.56, 6.67, 7.08, 7.37, 7.76, 7.87, 8.02, 8.43, 8.85, 8.97, and 9.12 minutes were significantly decreased in the range of 1.83% to 23.53% compared with the control sample. A total of 18 withanolides such as sitoindoside IX, viscosa lactone B, 24, 25-dihydrowithanolide D, withanolide A, withanone, withaferin A, withanolide D, ixocarpalactone A, withanolide S, withanolide sulfoxide, etc. were proposed with their structure from the molecular mass at m/z 650, 489, 473, 471, 505, and 992 at retention times of 6.87, 7.10, 7.87, 8.22, 8.54, and 9.11 minutes with the help of GC-MS and NMR data of both the control and Biofield Energy Treated samples. The mass peak intensity values of the Biofield Energy Treated sample at the same retention time in was significantly decreased in the range of 3.99% to 52.28% compared with the control sample. These findings suggest that Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment could be beneficial for altering the concentration of the phytoconstituents in the ashwagandha root extract by modifying their intrinsic physicochemical properties, which might be helpful to improve the bioavailability of active constituents of ashwagandha root extract that might provide better therapeutic response against inflammatory diseases, immunological disorders, arthritis, cancer, diabetes, sexual disorders, aging and other chronic infections.

Description
An account of the resource

Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root extract is a popular health supplement, with purported health benefits including prevention and treatment of various diseases, i.e. anxiety, stress, etc. The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the impact of Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) on the characteristic properties of the phytoconstituents present in the ashwagandha root extract using LC-MS, GC-MS, and NMR spectroscopy. Ashwagandha root extract was divided into two parts – one part was control (without treatment), while another part was treated with the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by twenty renowned Biofield Energy Healers and defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample. The liquid chromatographic data of the control and Biofield Energy Treated samples revealed that the retention time of the 25 chromatographic peaks remained same, whereas the peak area% i.e. the relative amount of the phytoconstituents was altered significantly. The peak area% of the treated ashwagandha root extract representing the phytoconstituents was significantly decreased in the range of 6.02% to 39.74% at Rt of 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.6, 5.7, 6.9, 7.1, 7.3, 7.8, 7.9, 8.0, and 8.5 minutes compared to the control sample. On the contrary, the peak area% of the other phytoconstituents present in the treated sample was significantly increased in the range of 4.12% to 82.32% at Rt of 5.1, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8, 8.1, 8.2, 8.4, 8.6, 8.8, 8.9, 9.0, 9.1, and 9.2 minutes, respectively compared to the control sample. A total of 16 withanolides such as sitoindoside IX, viscosa lactone B, dihydrowithanolide D, withanolide A, withaferin A, ixocarpalactone A, withanolide sulfoxide, etc. were proposed from the molecular mass at m/z 605, 489, 473, 471, 505, and 992 at the retention times of 6.9, 7.1, 7.8, 8.2, 8.5, and 9.2 minutes with the help of LC-MS, GC-MS and NMR data of both the samples. Subsequently, the mass peak intensities of the treated sample were significantly changed in the range of -61.24% to 106.61% compared with the control sample at the same retention time. These findings suggest that Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment could be advantageous for altering the concentration of the phytoconstituents in the ashwagandha root extract by modifying their intrinsic physicochemical properties, which might be helpful to improve the bioavailability of active constituents of ashwagandha extract that might provide better therapeutic response against inflammatory diseases, immunological disorders, arthritis, stress, cancer, diabetes, sexual disorders, aging, and other chronic infections.

Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment and Its Impact on the Structural Properties and Isotopic Abundance Ratios of Thiamine

Description
An account of the resource
Thiamine (vitamin B1) is an essential water soluble vitamin required in all living cells for many cellular functions. The objective of the study was to investigate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the isotopic abundance ratios (PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM) and structural properties of thiamine hydrochloride using LC-MS, GC-MS, and NMR spectroscopy. Thiamine sample was divided into two parts, one part of the sample was termed as untreated/control thiamine, while the other part of the sample received the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and designated as Biofield Energy Treated thiamine. The LC-ESI-MS analysis of both the thiamine samples showed the mass of parent molecular ion at m/z 265.03 (calcd for C12H17N4OS+, 265.11) at the retention times (Rt) 1.51 minutes with similar fragmentation pattern. But, the relative peak intensities of the treated sample were significantly improved compared to the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O or 34S/32S) were significantly increased by 43.60% and 42.68%, respectively in the treated thiamine compared to the control sample. Therefore, 2H, 13C, 15N, 17O, and 33S contributions from C12H17N4OS+ to the isotopic m/z 266 and 18O and 34S contributions to the isotopic m/z 267 was significantly increased in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The GC-MS mass peak intensity of the treated sample (52940.7) was significantly increased by 131.01% compared to the control sample (22917.04). The proton and carbon signals for CH3, CH2, NH2, CH, =C=, and C-OH groups in the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the control and treated samples were similar. The increased mass peak intensities and isotopic abundance ratios in thiamine might be due to the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment via the possible mediation of neutrinos, which may change the intra-atomic bond strength, its physical stability, kinetic isotope effects of the treated thiamine. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated thiamine would be advantageous for designing better nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical formulations which might provide better therapeutic response against vitamin B1 deficiency and related disorders, including beriberi, Korsakoff’s syndrome, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, maple syrup urine disease, Leigh’s disease, optic neuropathy, alcoholism, and aging.

Description
An account of the resource
Cefazolin sodium is a broad-spectrum beta-lactam antibiotic and first-generation cephalosporin with bactericidal activity. In this study, the impact of the Biofield Energy Healing/Blessing on cefazolin sodium for the assessment of isotopic abundance ratio by LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. For this study, the test sample cefazolin sodium was divided into two parts, control and treated sample. The control test sample did not receive any Blessing, but the treated test item was received the Biofield Treatment/Blessing remotely by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi, a renowned Spiritual Biofield Energy Healer, The LC-MS spectra of both the test items at the retention time (Rt) 4.7 min exposed the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak at m/z 455 [M+H]+. The Biofield Treated cefazolin sodium was significantly increased (67.66%) the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (13C/12C or 2H/1H or 17O/16O or 15N/14N or 33S/32S) by LC-MS than untreated cefazolin. Therefore, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, and 33S contributions from (C14H15N8O4S3)+ to m/z 456 were increased significantly in the Biofield Treated/Blessed cefazolin than untreated sample. The GC-MS peak intensities of the treated test item at m/z 56 and 132 were significantly raised by 130.15% and 188.4%, respectively compared to the control sample. The increased isotopic abundance ratio in the Biofield treated/Blessed cefazolin sodium may increase the intra-atomic bond strength and its physical stability. The new form of cefazolin sodium would be better to design more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations against urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, cellulitis, endocarditis, pneumonia, joint infection, biliary tract infections, blood infections, genital infections, and also prevent group B streptococcal disease at the time of delivery and before surgery, etc.

Description
An account of the resource
6-mercaptopurine (6-MP) is an antimetabolite antineoplastic chemotherapy drug. In this research work, the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of 6-MP were evaluated. The 6-MP test sample was divided into two-parts and termed as control and Biofield Energy Treated sample. The treated 6-MP only received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the 6-MP samples at retention time (Rt) 2.2 minutes showed the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak at m/z 173 [M+H]+. The peak area of the treated 6-MP was significantly increased by 92.07% compared to the control sample. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1+PM in the treated 6-MP was significantly increased by 34.79% compared with the control sample. Similarly, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1+PM and PM+2/PM in the treated 6-MP was significantly increased by 40.78% and 377.01% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, 33S, and 18O contributions from (C5H5N4S)+ to m/z 153 and 154 in the Biofield Energy Treated 6-MP were significantly increased as compared to the control 6-MP. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1+PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (34S/32S) in the treated 6-MP was significantly improved compared to the control sample. The significant increase in the peak area and isotopic abundance could be due to the interference of neutrino particles in the nucleus via the Trivedi Effect®. The increased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated 6-MP would improve the chemical bond strength, increase the physical and chemical stability of 6-MP in the body. The Biofield Energy Treated 6-MP would be better designing more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations that might offer increased bioavailability and therapeutic response against acute lymphocytic leukemia, Crohn’s disease, chronic myeloid leukemia, and ulcerative colitis, etc.

Description
An account of the resource

Magnesium gluconate has the wide application for the prevention and treatment of hypomagnesemia. The objective of the current study was to investigate the effect of The Trivedi Effect® - Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment (Biofield Energy Healing Treatment) on magnesium gluconate for the change in the structural properties and isotopic abundance ratio (PM+1/PM) using LC-MS and NMR spectroscopy. Magnesium gluconate was divided into two parts – one part was control, and another part was treated with The Trivedi Effect® - Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely by seven renowned Biofield Energy Healers and defined as The Trivedi Effect® Treated sample. The LC-MS analysis of both the control and treated samples revealed the presence of the mass of the protonated magnesium gluconate at m/z 415 at the retention time of 1.53 minutes with almost similar fragmentation pattern. The relative peak intensities of the fragment ions of the treated sample were significantly altered compared with the control sample. The proton and carbon signals for CH, CH2 and CO groups in the proton and carbon NMR spectra were observed almost similar for the control and the treated samples. The isotopic abundance ratio analysis revealed that the percentage of the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O or 25Mg/24Mg) was significantly increased in treated sample by 80.38%, compared with the control sample. Briefly, 13C, 2H, 17O, and 25Mg contributions from (C12H23MgO14)+ to m/z 416, 18O and 26Mg contributions from (C12H23MgO14)+ to m/z 417 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. Thus, the treated magnesium gluconate could be valuable for designing better pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical formulations through its changed physicochemical and thermal properties, which might be providing better therapeutic response against various diseases such as diabetes mellitus, allergy, aging, inflammatory diseases, immunological disorders, and other chronic infections. The Trivedi Effect® treated magnesium gluconate might be supportive to design the novel potent enzyme inhibitors using its kinetic isotope effects.

Description
An account of the resource

The current research work was aimed to investigate the impact of The Trivedi Effect® - Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment (Biofield Energy Healing) on the structural properties and isotopic abundance ratio (PM+1/PM) of magnesium gluconate using LC-MS and NMR spectroscopy. Magnesium gluconate was divided into two parts. One part was denoted as the control, while the another part was defined as The Trivedi Effect® Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely from eighteen renowned Biofield Energy Healers. The total ion chromatogram of the control sample showed two peaks at Rt of 1.81 and 2.06 min, whereas the treated sample displayed peaks at Rt of 1.79 and 2.04 min. The ESI-MS spectra of the control and the treated samples revealed the presence of the mass for magnesium gluconate ion in two forms at m/z 447 (adduct form with methanol) and 415 (protonated ion) in positive ionization mode. But, it showed the mass for the gluconate ion at m/z 195 in the negative ionization mode. The fragmentation pattern of magnesium gluconate in the treated sample was notably altered compared with the control sample. The proton and carbon signals for CH, CH2 and CO groups in the proton and carbon NMR spectra were found almost similar for the control and treated samples. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio analysis indicated that the PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O or 25Mg/24Mg) in the treated magnesium gluconate ion at m/z 415 was significantly decreased by 79.24% compared with the control sample. Similarly, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O) in the gluconate ion was decreased by 6.62% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The treated magnesium gluconate might be beneficial in the nutraceutical and/or pharmaceutical industries for designing various forms of formulations, which could be providing better therapeutic response against various diseases such as diabetes mellitus, allergy, aging, inflammatory diseases, immunological disorders, and other chronic infections. Consequently, The Trivedi Effect® - Energy of Consciousness Healing Treated magnesium gluconate would be more helpful for understanding the enzymatic reactions as well as assist in the designing of the novel potent enzyme inhibitors by applying its kinetic isotope effects.
