Description
An account of the resource
The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of the Trivedi Effect®- Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation (TI) containing minerals (magnesium, zinc, copper, calcium, selenium, and iron), vitamins (ascorbic acid, pyridoxine HCl, alpha tocopherol, cyanocobalamin, and cholecalciferol), Panax ginseng extract, CBD isolates, and β-carotene on ATP levels in human osteoblast (MG-63, Osteosarcoma) and mouse myoblast (C2C12) cell lines. The constituents of the test formulation were divided into two parts; one section was defined as the untreated test formulation (UT), while the other portion of the test formulation received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment (BT) by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The test items were treated with Biofield Energy Healing Treatment and known as Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test items. MTT results showed that the test formulation in various concentrations was found as safe and nontoxic, with the viability range from 82% to 159%. However, the level of adenosine tri phosphate (ATP) in MG63 cells was increased by 146.9% (at 0.001 μg/mL) in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group as compared with the UT-DMEM+UTTI group. However, 79.6%, 111.9%, and 180.7% increased the level of ATP was reported at 0.1, 1, and 10 μg/mL, respectively in the BTDMEM+UT-TI group, while 456.9%, 91.5%, and 123.4% increased ATP level was reported at 0.001, 0.01, and 0.1 μg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+BT-TI group as compared with the UT-DMEM+UT-TI group in MG63 cells. Similarly, in the C2C12 cell lines were also reported with significant increased the ATP level by 178.7% at 1 μg/mL in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group compared to the UTDMEM+UT-TI group. Further, the ATP level was increased by 637.5%, 240.1%, and 26.8% at 0.001, 0.01, and 0.1 μg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared to the UT-DMEM+UT-TI group. Moreover, the ATP level was increased by 776.2%, 22.9%, 234.2%, and 24.5% at 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, and 1 μg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+BT-TI group as compared with the UT-DMEM+UTTI group. Overall, data suggested that there was significant improvement of ATP level in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation as well as Biofield Treated DMEM medium. Therefore, the results suggest that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation and/or the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM medium can be used as energy booster and also it can improve the mental stamina, endurance, and physical strength of the muscles to show the better performance.

Description
An account of the resource
The study objective was to investigate the effect of the Consciousness Energy Treated test formulation on vital organs like bones, heart, liver, lungs and brain using various cell-based assays. The test formulation and the cell media was divided into two parts; one untreated (UT) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Shirley Theresa Holmlund, Canada and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation/media. Cell viability data suggested that the test formulation was safe and non-toxic in six different cells. The Biofield Energy Treated Medium (BT-Med) + Biofield Treated Test Item (BT-TI) group showed 115.6% and 53.3% restoration of viable cells at 10 and 25 μg/mL, respectively in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) compared to the UTMed + UT-TI group. Moreover, the BT-Med + UT-TI group showed 113.5% and 73.5% restoration of cell viability at 0.1 and 1 μg/mL, respectively in human hepatoma cells (HepG2) compared to the untreated group. Furthermore, 101.1%, 829.8% and 698.9% restoration of cell viability was observed in adenocarcinomic human alveolar basal epithelial cells (A549) by UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 μg/mL compared to the untreated. The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level was significantly increased by 97.9% and 69.7% in the UT-Med + BT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 50 μg/mL in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63) compared to the untreated. Additionally, the level of ALP was significantly increased by 58.2% in the BT-Med + BT-TI group at 1 μg/mL in human endometrial adenocarcinoma cells (Ishikawa) compared to the untreated. The percent protection of HCF (heart) cells (decreased of LDH activity) was significantly increased by 67.4% (at 0.1 μg/mL), 80.4% (at 0.1 μg/mL) and 119.8% (at 10 μg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively compared to the untreated. The percent protection of HepG2 (liver) cells (decreased of ALT activity) was significantly increased by 57.6% and 82.5% in the BT-Med + UT-TI group at 25 and 63 μg/mL, respectively; while 123.9% at 10 μg/mL in the BT-Med + BT-TI group compared to untreated. The percent protection of A549 (lungs) cells (increased of SOD activity) was significantly increased by 53.6% and 59% in the UT-Med + BT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 μg/mL compared to the untreated. Serotonin level was significantly increased by 85.3% in the UT-Med + BT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups at 0.1 μg/mL as compared to untreated in human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y). The relative quantification (RQ) of vitamin D receptor (VDR) was significantly increased by 245.9% and 211.5% at 10 and 50 μg/mL, respectively in the UT-Med + BT-TI group; while 174.3% (at 10 μg/mL) in the BT-Med + UT-TI group as compared to the untreated in MG-63 cells. Overall, these results suggest that Biofield Energy Treated test formulation has significantly improved the bones, heart, liver, lungs and brain functional enzymes biomarkers. Altogether data suggest that the Biofield Energy Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) can be useful to protect and maintain the normal function of each vital organ such as lungs, liver, heart, brain, and bones. Therefore, The Trivedi Effect® can be used as a complementary and alternative therapy against several disorders such as heart attack, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, Wilson disease, hemochromatosis, cirrhosis, liver cancer, pneumonia, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, osteoporosis, cystic fibrosis, etc.

Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS) Based Isotopic Abundance Ratio Evaluation of the Biofield Energy Treated Metronidazole
Subject
The topic of the resource
Materials Science
Description
An account of the resource
Metronidazole is a common antimicrobial antibiotic, which is used in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis, giardiasis, trichomoniasis, pseudomembranous colitis, etc. This study was performed to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the structural properties, and the isotopic abundance ratio of metronidazole evaluated using GC-MS analytical techniques. The metronidazole sample was divided into control and treated parts. Only the treated part received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak. The GC-MS spectra of both the samples of metronidazole at the retention time 16.4 minutes exhibited the molecular ion peak at m/z 171 [M]+ (calculated for C6H9N3O3+, 171.06). The peak area of the Biofield Energy Treated metronidazole was significantly increased by 166.83% compared to the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated metronidazole was significantly decreased by 19.72% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C6H9N3O3)+ to m/z 172 in the treated sample were significantly decreased compared with the control sample. The decreased isotopic composition of the treated metronidazole might be the cause of interference of neutrino via the Trivedi Effect®. The isotopic abundance ratios 2H/1H, 13C/12C, 17O/16O, and 15N/14N would highly influence the atomic bond vibration of treated metronidazole. The decreased isotopic abundance ratio would weaken the chemical bond and increase the solubility of the treated metronidazole. The new form of Biofield Energy Treated metronidazole would be very useful to design more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations that might offer a better therapeutic response against bacterial vaginosis, pseudomembranous colitis, trichomoniasis, giardiasis, pelvic inflammatory disease, brain, and respiratory tract infection, etc.

LC-MS and GC-MS Based Isotopic Abundance Ratio Analysis of The Consciousness Energy Healing Treated Ascorbic Acid
Subject
The topic of the resource
Materials Science
Description
An account of the resource
Ascorbic acid is required by both plants and animals for the essential metabolic process. It is sufficiently available in the citrus fruits, tomatoes, potatoes, red peppers, milk, oysters, animal liver, etc. In this study, the LC-MS and GC-MS were used to characterize the structural properties and isotopic abundance ratio to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on L-ascorbic acid compared to the control sample. The test sample was divided into two parts, one part of ascorbic acid was considered as a control sample, while the second part only received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as a Biofield Energy Treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the control and Treated samples at retention time (Rt) 1.8minutes exhibited the mass of the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 175 [M-H]- (calculated for C6H7O6-, 175.02). The peak area of the treated sample (3607446.27) was significantly decreased by 65.05% compared to the control sample (10320794.8). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O) in the treated ascorbic acid was significantly increased by 119.71% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, and 17O contributions from (C6H7O6)- to m/z 176 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The gas chromatographic peak area of the treated sample (12.74) was significantly decreased by 31.1% compared to the control sample (18.49). Similarly, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM in the treated ascorbic acid was significantly increased by 28.74% compared with the control sample. So, 18O contributions from (C6H8O6)+ to m/z 177 in the Biofield Energy Treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (18O/16O) in the treated ascorbic acid was significantly increased compared to the control sample. The increased isotopic composition of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated ascorbic acid might have altered the neutron to proton ratio in the nucleus. The changes in isotopic abundance could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The increased isotopic abundance ratio and peak area of the treated ascorbic acid may increase the intra-atomic bond strength, increase its stability. This new form of ascorbic acid would be very useful to design the better pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic response against scurvy, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.

Description
An account of the resource
6-Mercaptopurine is an anti-cancer chemotherapy drug classified as an antimetabolite. In this study, the impact of the Trivedi Effect® (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment) on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of 6-mercaptopurine were evaluated using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. The test sample 6-mercaptopurine was divided and termed as control and Biofield Energy Treated sample. The treated part of the sample only received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) 2.2 minutes exhibited the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak at m/z 173 [M+H]+ (calculated for C5H5N4S+, 153.18). The peak area of the treated 6-mercaptopurine was significantly increased by 94.62% compared to the control sample. The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated mercaptopurine was significantly increased by 107.92% compared with the control sample. Similarly, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM in the treated 6-mercaptopurine was significantly increased by 25.78% compared with the control sample. Thus,13C, 2H, 15N, 33S, and 18O contributions from (C5H5N4S)+ to m/z 154 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (34S/32S) in the treated 6-mercaptopurine was significantly improved compared to the control sample. The significant increase in the peak area, isotopic abundance and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly happened due to the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®. The increased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated sample would improve the strength of the chemical bond, increase the physical and chemical stability of 6-mercaptopurine in the body. The nove l6-mercaptopurine would be better designing more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better more bioavailability and therapeutic response against acute lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis, etc.

Description
An account of the resource
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin, which widely used for the prevention and treatment rickets, osteoporosis, arthritis, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, autoimmune disease, dementia, glucose intolerance, etc. The impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of cholecalciferol were evaluated using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. The test sample cholecalciferol was divided into control and treated parts. Only, the treated cholecalciferol was received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) ~22 minutes exhibited the mass of the molecular ion peak at m/z 385.25 (calcd for C27H45O+, 385.35). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated cholecalciferol was increased by 0.74% compared with the control sample. But, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the treated cholecalciferol was significantly increased by 66.39% and 62.69%, respectively compared with the control sample. Hence,13C, 2H, 17O, and 18O contributions from C27H44O+ to m/z 386 and 387 in the treated cholecalciferol were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O) in the treated cholecalciferol were significantly increased as compared to the control sample. The increased isotopic composition of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated cholecalciferol might have altered the neutron to proton ratio in the nucleus via the possible mediation of neutrino. The increased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated cholecalciferol may increase the intra-atomic bond strength, increase its stability. The new form of cholecalciferol would be better designing novel pharmaceutical formulations that might be more stable and more efficacious for the prevention and treatment of various diseases such as vitamin D deficiency, rickets, osteoporosis, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, cancer, diabetes mellitus, mental disorders, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, infections, influenza, cognitive impairment in older adults, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, autoimmune disease, dementia, glucose intolerance, multiple sclerosis, etc.

Description
An account of the resource
L-tryptophan is an essential α-amino acid, necessary for the normal growth in newborns, nitrogen balance in adults, protein synthesis, precursor of serotonin, melatonin, niacin, and albeit inefficiently in human, also the precursor of indole alkaloids and auxins in plants. This current study was designed to investigate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment (Blessing) on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of L-tryptophan using LC-MS analytical technique. L-tryptophan sample was divided into two parts, one part of L-tryptophan was considered as the control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was treated with the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment/Blessing remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as the treated sample. The mass spectra of both the control and treated samples with respect to the chromatographic peak at retention time (Rt) 2.1 minutes exhibited the mass of the molecular ion peak adduct with hydrogen ion at m/z 205.08 (calcd for C11H13N2O2+, 205.1), along with low molecular fragmented mass peaks at m/z 188, 159, and 102 for C11H12N2O2+, C10H11N2+, and C8H6+, respectively were also observed. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14Nor17O/16O) in the treated L-tryptophan was significantly increased by 35.93% compared with the control sample. Hence, the 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from C11H13N2O2+ to m/z 206.08 in the treated L-tryptophan was significantly increased compared to the control sample. It could be hypothesized that the changes in the isotopic abundance and mass peak intensities due to the modification in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles using the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The Biofield Energy Treated/Blessed L-tryptophan with increased stable isotopic abundance ratio might have changed the physicochemical properties with higher force constant in the molecule. The new form of treated L-tryptophan would be a better and more stable in the supplements, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical formulations, which would be advantageous for the prevention and treatment of pellagra, depression, kynurenine. It could also maintain the normal label of tryptophan and avoid increase of its metabolite, lower the neurotoxin and a metabotoxin behavior, glutaric aciduria type I (glutaric acidemia type I) disorder, eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome (EMS), incurable and sometimes fatal flu-like neurological condition, etc. As tryptophan is the precursor for the plant hormones like indole alkaloids and auxins, hence, this treated L-tryptophan would be advantageous for the improvement of yield, productivity, and quality of crops and other plants.

Description
An account of the resource
Metronidazole is a well-known antibacterial and antiprotozoal antibiotic. In this study, the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of metronidazole were evaluated using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. The test sample (metronidazole) was divided into two control and treated parts. Only the treated sample received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples of metronidazole at the retention time 2.61 minutes exhibited the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak at m/z 172 [M+H]+, but the peak area of the treated metronidazole was significantly decreased by 13.1% compared to the control sample. The LC-MS and GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM in the treated metronidazole was significantly increased by 46.43% and 13.52%, respectively compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C6H10N3O3)+ to m/z 173 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The increased isotopic composition in the molecular level of the treated metronidazole might be due to the alteration in neutron to proton ratio in the nucleus possibly through the interference of neutrino via the Trivedi Effect®. The isotopic abundance ratios 2H/1H, 13C/12C, 17O/16O, and 15N/14N would highly influence the atomic bond vibration of treated metronidazole. The increased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated metronidazole would stronger the chemical bond and increase the stability in the body. The treated metronidazole would be very useful to design more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic response againstbacterial vaginosis, giardiasis, trichomoniasis, pseudomembranous colitis, pelvic inflammatory disease;liver, skin, brain, and respiratory tract infections; aspiration pneumonia, rosacea, intra-abdominal infections, lung abscess, fungating wounds, periodontitis, amoebiasis, oral infections, etc.

An account of the resource
Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is commonly found in foods and dietary supplements, has an important role in physiologic development. In this study, the influence of the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of vitamin B6 were evaluated using LC-MS and GC-MS. Vitamin B6 sample was divided into two parts and termed as control and treated samples. Only the treated vitamin B6 was received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the vitamin B6 samples at retention time 2.3 min exhibited the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak [M+H]+ at m/z 170 (calculated for C8H12NO3+, 170.08) in the MS spectrum. The peak area% of the treated vitamin B6 was increased by 1.32% compared to the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated vitamin B6 was significantly decreased by 36.94% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C8H12NO3)+ to m/z 171 in the treated sample were significantly decreased compared with the control sample. Similarly, in the GC-MS chromatograms, the peak area of the treated sample was increased by 4.54% compared to the control sample. Similarly, the mass peak intensity of the treated vitamin B6 at m/z 153 was significantly increased by 66.69% compared to the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) and peak area in the treated vitamin B6 was significantly decreased compared to the control sample. The decreased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated vitamin B6 may decrease the intra-atomic bond strength, decrease its physical stability. The increased peak area of the treated vitamin B6 might be responsible for the increase in solubility and bioavailability compared to the control sample. The new form of vitamin B6 would be better for designing more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B6 deficiency, anaemia, seizures, cardiovascular disease, tuberculosis, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, anxiety, hypertension, asthma, depression, dysmenorrhea, breast pain, etc.

Description
An account of the resource
Berberine is a benzylisoquinoline alkaloid which has enormous therapeutic potential, but the bioavailability is very poor due to its low solubility and poor intestinal absorption. In this study, the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of berberine chloride was evaluated using advanced spectroscopic methods. Berberine chloride sample was divided into control and treated parts. Only the treated part was received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The LC-MS spectra of both the berberine chloride samples observed at retention time 2 minutes and the molecular ion peak at m/z 336.25 [M]+ (calculated for C20H18NO4+, 336.12). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated berberine chloride was significantly decreased by 18.53% compared with the control sample. Similarly, the GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated berberine chloride was decreased by 4.69% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C20H18NO4)+ to m/z 337 in the treated sample were significantly decreased compared with the control sample. But, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM in the treated sample was significantly increased by 11.52% compared with the control sample. Hence, 18O contribution from (C20H16NO4)3+ to m/z 336 in the treated sample was significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/ PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O) in the treated berberine chloride were significantly altered compared to the control sample. The changes in isotopic abundance might be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The decreased isotopic abundance ratio (PM+1/PM) of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treated berberine chloride may decrease the chemical bond strength, influence its stability, and bioavailability in the body. The new form of berberine chloride would be more efficacious novel pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better solubility, dissolution, absorption, bioavailability and therapeutic response against diarrhoea, gastroenteritis, bacterial and fungal infections, cancer, arrhythmia, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, inflammation, etc.
