Evaluation of the Structural Properties and Isotopic Abundance Ratios of Consciousness Energy Healing Treated Vitamin D3 Using LC-MS, GC-MS, and NMR Spectroscopy

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) has multiple effects which regulate the functions of muscles, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, heart, immune system, pancreas, large and small intestines. The aim of the study was to investigate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the isotopic abundance ratios (PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM) and structural properties of vitamin D3 using LC-MS, GC-MS, and NMR spectroscopy. Vitamin D3 was divided into two parts, one part of the sample was termed as untreated (control) sample, while the other part of the sample received The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and termed as Biofield Energy Treated sample. The LC-ESI-MS analysis of both the samples showed the mass of protonated ion at m/z 385.3 (calcd for C27H45O+, 385.35) at the retention time (Rt) 20.7 minutes. The liquid chromatographic peak area of the treated sample was significantly improved by 16.00% compared to the control sample. Similarly, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 17O/16O) was very significantly increased by 470.88% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. But, the isotopic abundance ratio of PM+2/PM(18O/16O) in the treated sample also significantly decreased by 41.81% compared to the control sample. Therefore, the 2H, 13C, and 17O contributions from C27H45O+ to m/z 386 were significantly increased, whereas 18O contribution from C18H18O6+ to m/z 387 was decreased in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The GC-MS analysis showed that the parent molecular mass peak intensities (m/z 384.4) in the treated sample at Rt 23.04 and 23.65 minutes were significantly increased by 6.11% and 9.62%, respectively compared with the control sample. The proton and carbon signals for CH3, CH2, CH, C-OH, and =C= groups in the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of the control and treated samples were similar. The altered isotopic abundance ratios and mass peak intensities might be due to energy produced by The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment via the possible mediation of neutrinos, which further lead to the change in the kinetic isotope effects and physicochemical properties of the treated sample. Thus, The Trivedi Effect® Treated vitamin D3 would be advantageous for designing better nutraceutical and pharmaceutical formulations which might provide better therapeutic response against vitamin D deficiency, rickets, osteoporosis, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, mental disorders, infections, stress, aging, glucose intolerance, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, dementia, etc.

Evaluation of Vitamin D3 metabolite (25-OH Vit D3), Neurotransmitter (ACh), and the Expression of Proinflammatory Cytokines (IL-6 and TNF-α) in Tissue Homogenate after Administration of Biofield Energy Healing-based Novel Proprietary Test Formulation and Biofield Treatment per se to the Animals in Vitamin D3 Deficiency Diet (VDD)-induced Sprague Dawley Rats

A novel proprietary test formulation was designed which included minerals, vitamins, β-carotene, cannabidiol isolate,and Panax ginseng extract. This present study was evaluated the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on novel proprietary test formulation in male Sprague Dawley rats, fed with vitamin D3 deficiency diet (VDD). The novel test formulation was divided into two parts; one part was defined as untreated test formulation, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The level of 25-OH Vit. D3 was measured in brain homogenate, which was found to be increased by 20.13%, 24.12%, 45.86%, 14.79%, and 29.96% in the G5 group treated with Biofield Treated test formulation, Biofield Energy Treatment per se to the animals (G6), 15 days pre-treatment of Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G7), Biofield Energy Treatment per se plus Biofield Energy Treated test formulation from day -15 (G8), and untreated test formulation to the Biofield Energy Treated animals (G9) groups respectively, as compared with the disease control (G2) group. Brain acetylcholine (ACh) level was increased by 61.33% in the G7 group as compared with the untreated test formulation (G4) group. The expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6) was significantly reduced by 43.44% (p≤0.01), 30.93%, 21.42%, 45.99% (p≤0.01), and 60.85% (p≤0.01), respectively as compared with the G4. Lung pro-inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) level was significantly reduced in the G5, G6, G7, and G8 by 24.86%, 32.55% (p≤0.01), 30.12% (p≤0.01), and 42.69% (p≤0.01), respectively, as compared with the G4 group. Altogether, the Biofield Treated test formulation and/or per se treatment to the animals significantly improved the levels of active form of vitamin D3 metabolite (25-OH Vit D3) and neurotransmitter (ACh); consequently significantly lowered the expression of proinflammatory cytokines (IL-6 and TNF-α). Therefore, the energized test formulation or per se treatment could be effectively useful against neuronal damage and inflammation for the management of brain disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, dementias, brain cancer, epilepsy and other seizure disorders, mental disorders, and Parkinson’s. Thus, the results showed a significant slowdown of disease progression and all other disease-related complications/symptoms in the preventive Biofield Energy Treatment group per se and the Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9) as compared to the disease control group.

Complementary and Alternative Medicine: Impact of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3)

<p align="justify">Cholecalciferol is a steroid hormone (7-dehydroxycholesterol), which helps in the absorption of dietary minerals like zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron, and phosphate and also responsible for other biological activity. In this research study, the influence of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of cholecalciferol was evaluated using the modern analytical technique. The cholecalciferol test sample was divided into two parts. One of the test samples was considered as a control sample, which did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas, the other part was treated with the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated cholecalciferol powder sample were significantly decreased by 78.94% (d10), 26.21% (d50), 22.01% (d90), and 29.04% {D (4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area of the treated cholecalciferol was significantly increased by 174.12% compared to the control sample. The XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated cholecalciferol powder sample were significantly altered ranging from -44.37% to 370.49% and -74.48% to 91.52%, respectively; therefore, the average crystallite size of the treated cholecalciferol was significantly decreased by 36.21% compared to the control cholecalciferol. The latent heat of fusion of the treated cholecalciferol was significantly increased by 25.89% compared to the control cholecalciferol. The weight loss was decreased by 1.48%; whereas, the residue amount was significantly increased by 107.02% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment generated a new polymorphic form of cholecalciferol which might offer better solubility, absorption, bioavailability, and be thermally more stable compared with the control sample. Henceforth, the Consciousness Energy Healing Treated cholecalciferol would be more beneficial to maintain the overall quality of life and it would be more useful in designing novel nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations for the better therapeutic responses against deficiency of vitamin D, osteoporosis, rickets, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, cancer, mental disorders, multiple sclerosis, etc.</p>

Impact of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)

<p style="text-align:justify;">Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin, which helps in the absorption of minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and phosphate and also responsible for other biological activity. The aim of the research work was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical, thermal, and behavioral properties of vitamin D3 using PSA, PXRD, DSC, and TGA/DTG analytical technique. The vitamin D3 powder sample was divided into two parts, one part of the sample was considered as control (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the other part was treated with the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated vitamin D3 powder sample were significantly decreased by 21.46%, 18.29%, 17.87%, and 18.11% at d10, d50, d90, and D(4,3) compared to the control sample. Thus, the specific surface area of the treated sample (0.0317 m2/g) was significantly increased by 16.97% compared to the control sample (0.0271 m2/g). The PXRD data showed that the peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated vitamin D3 powder sample were significantly altered ranging from -85.18% to 286.11% and -62.06% to 237%, respectively compared to the control sample. The average crystallite size of the treated sample(339.92 nm) was significantly decreased by 6.94% compared with the control sample (365.25 nm). The melting point and latent heat of fusion of the treated sample were slightly increased by 0.49% and 1.01%, respectively compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased by 0.83%; hence the residue amount was significantly increased by 42.09% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature was significantly increased by 9.82% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment generates a new polymorphic form of vitamin D3 which might offer better solubility, dissolution, absorption, bioavailability, and be thermally more stable compared with the control sample. Hence, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 would be more beneficial to maintain the overall quality of life and increase the intestinal absorption of several vital minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and phosphate in the body. Similarly, it would be very much useful in designing novel nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations for the better therapeutic responses against hypovitaminosis D, rickets, osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, cancer, mental disorders, infections, multiple sclerosis, etc.</p>

Investigation of Biofield Treated Vitamin D3 to Improve Immunity of Bone Cells in MG-63 Cell Line.

<p style="text-align:justify;">The study was aimed to evaluate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing-based vitamin D3 and DMEM on bone health in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). Test items (vitamin D3 and DMEM), were divided into two parts. One part of each sample was received the Biofield Energy Treatment by Inthirani Arul and those samples were denoted as Biofield Treated (BT) samples, while other parts of each sample were referred as untreated test items (UT). Cell viability revealed that test samples were found as safe in tested concentrations. ALP was significantly increased by 260% in BT-DMEM + BT-TI group at 0.1 µg/mL compared to UT-DMEM + UT-TI group. Moreover, collagen level was significantly increased by 102.94% and 52.94% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 0.1µg/mL than UT-DMEM + UT-TI group. Further, collagen level was significantly increased by 114.94%, 114.03%, and 152.33% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 1µg/mL than untreated. Besides, percent of bone mineralization was significantly enhanced by 82.95% and 119.55% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10µg/mL than untreated. Moreover, it was significantly increased by 166.44% and 212.49% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 50µg/mL than untreated. It was also significantly increased by 104.44%, 100%, and 230.22% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 100µg/mL than untreated. Among three combination regimens, the Biofield Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM group was comparatively more improved the bone-related parameters and might be useful against various bone-related disorders (rickets, low bone density, osteomalacia, osteoporosis, Paget’s disease, chondrodystrophia fetalis), stress management, anti-aging, autoimmune and inflammatory disorders near future.</p>

The Influence of Biofield Energy Treated Vitamin D3 on Bone Health and Its Health Consequences in MG-63 Cell-Line

<p style="text-align:justify;">The aim of this study was to assess the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing-based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters such as alkaline phosphatase (ALP), collagen, and bone mineralization in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). The test items (vitamin D3 and DMEM), were divided into two parts. One part of each sample was received the Biofield Energy Treatment by Elizabeth Patric and those samples were denoted as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were referred as the untreated test items (UT). The MTT cell viability assay revealed that the test samples were found as safe in the tested concentrations. The experimental results showed that the level of ALP was remarkably increased by 88.62% and 70.48% in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test item (UT-TI) and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-TI group. Moreover, the collagen level was significantly increased by 252.59%, 50.55%, and 94.99% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-TI group. Further, the collagen level was significantly increased by 120.90% and 72.66% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + UT-TI groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL, while 34.99% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI at 100 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Apart from this, the percent of bone mineralization was distinctly enhanced by 127.13%, 225.12%, and 106.28% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Moreover, the percentage of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 52.86%, 67.00%, and 23.62% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Additionally, the percentage of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 46.57% and 51.36% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + UT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Altogether, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone health parameters and it could be an alternative approach for nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and able to fight against various bone-related disorders including rickets, low bone density, osteomalacia, bone and joint pain, bone fractures, osteoporosis, osteoma, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease, deformed bones, chondrodystrophia fetalis, stress management and prevention, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and anti-aging by improving overall health.</p>

Biofield Energy Based Vitamin D3 Stimulates In vitro Osteoblasts Differentiation in MG-63 Cell line

<p style="text-align:justify;">In most of the people, bone loss and deterioration of bone structure results in bone disorders such as osteoporosis, arthritis, decreased bone mass, rickets, and deformed bones. Insufficient level of vitamin D<sub>3</sub> and calcium in the body are the major causes of bone disorders. The present study aimed to explore the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D<sub>3</sub> and DMEM medium on various bone health parameters such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. Both the test items (TI) <em>i.e.</em> vitamin D<sub>3</sub> and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. The test items received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Patricia Margaret Rowe and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of both the sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay showed that cell viability in tested samples was more than 70% with safe and nontoxic profile on MG-63 cell line. The level of ALP was significantly increased by 230.8% (at 50 µg/mL), 231.3% (at 50 µg/mL), and 253% (at 100 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. Collagen level was significantly increased by 497.7%, 346.2%, 323%, and 331.4% at 0.1, 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 116.3% and 112.8% at 0.1 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group. In addition, 70.5% and 143.6% increased collagen was reported at 10 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+BT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. Bone mineralization percentage was significantly increased by 241.3% at 1 µg/mL in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 187.9% and 113.7% at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 129.8% at 1 µg/mL as compared with the untreated group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D<sub>3</sub> and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might also regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.</p>

Effect of Biofield Energized Vitamin D3 on Bone Health in MG-63 Cell-Line

<p style="text-align:justify;">The objective of current research work was to evaluate the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing-based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters such as alkaline phosphatase (ALP), collagen, and bone mineralization in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). The test items like vitamin D3 and DMEM were divided into two parts. One part of each sample was received the Biofield Energy Treatment by Faith Ann Pyka and those samples were denoted as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were referred as the untreated test items (UT). The MTT cell viability assay revealed that the test samples were found as safe in the tested concentrations. The level of ALP was significantly increased by 191.45% in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test item (UT-TI) group at 1 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-TI group. Moreover, ALP level was significantly increased by 144.89% and 226.75% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Further, collagen level was significantly increased by 98.15%, 80.54%, and 49.98% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Additionally, at 50 µg/mL level of collagen was significantly increased by 129.73%, 189.16%, and 94.60% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively with respect to the untreated group. Apart from this, the percent of bone mineralization was distinctly enhanced by 283.74%, 27.91%, and 118.02% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Moreover, the percentage of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 265.92%, 231.82%, and 158.2% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 100 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Altogether, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone health parameters and it could be an alternative approach for nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and able to fight against various bone-related disorders including rickets, low bone density, osteomalacia, bone and joint pain, bone fractures, osteoporosis, osteoma, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease, deformed bones, chondrodystrophia fetalis, stress management and prevention, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and anti-aging by improving overall health.</p>
