Description
An account of the resource
The oxidative stress plays an important role in the pathogenesis of anxiety and depression. Antioxidant assay was performed in brain tissue to evaluate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on a novel test formulation in male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats along with pro-inflammatory cytokines estimation using ELISA assay. The test formulation included the combination of minerals (magnesium, zinc, copper, calcium, selenium, and iron), vitamins (ascorbic acid, pyridoxine HCl, alpha tocopherol, cyanocobalamin, and cholecalciferol), Panax ginseng extract, β-carotene, and cannabidiol isolate. All the constituents of the test formulation were divided into two parts; one portion was defined as the untreated test formulation, while the other portion of the test formulation and the animals received Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. Antioxidant assay data showed that superoxide dismutase (SOD) level was increased by 50.9%, 18.4%, 47.6%, 24%, and 27.4% in the G5 group, which was received Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation, Biofield Energy Treatment per se to the rats (G6), 15-days pre-treatment of the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G7), 15-days pre-treatment of Biofield Energy Treated test formulation to the Biofield Energy Treatment per se to rats (G8), and untreated test formulation to the Biofield Energy Treated rats (G9) groups, respectively as compared with the disease control group (G2). The level of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in the brain was significantly decreased by 20%, 21.5%, and 10% in the G5, G6, and G9 groups, respectively as compared with the disease control group (G2). However, IL-6 level in the brain was significantly decreased by 35.9%, 18.2%, 10.5%, 26.9%, and 32.6% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared with the G2. The TNF-α level in brain was decreased by 73.3%, 57.2%, 63%, 80.5%, and 72.7% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared with the G2. The IL-1ß level in brain was decreased by 40.2%, 37.8%, 26.7%, 43.5%, and 49.9% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively as compared with the G2. Overall, the data suggested that there was significant antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect observed for the Biofield Energy per se along with preventive maintenance groups in the preclinical rat model study. Therefore, the results showed the significant slowdown the stress related disease progression and its complications/symptoms in the preventive Biofield Energy Treatment group per se and/or Biofield Energy Treated Test formulation groups (viz. G6, G7, G8, and G9) comparatively with the disease group (G2). This energy treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) might also be beneficial against various oxidative stress-related disorders (Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions such as high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, and stroke, etc.) and inflammatory disorders (asthma, autoimmune diseases, coeliac disease, glomerulonephritis, hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.).

Isotopic Abundance Ratio Evaluation of the Consciousness Energy Treated Pyridoxine Using LC-MS and GC-MS Spectrometry
Subject
The topic of the resource

Description
An account of the resource
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) has an important role in physiologic development. In this study, the influence of the Trivedi Effect®- Consciousness Energy Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of pyridoxine were evaluated using LC-MS and GC-MS analytical techniques. The test sample pyridoxine was divided into Control / untreated and the Biofield Energy Treated sample. The treated pyridoxine sample received Biofield Energy Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) remotely for ~3 minutes by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi, who was in the USA, while the test samples were in the research laboratory in India. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time ~2.33 minutes exhibited the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak [M+H] + at m/z 170 in the MS spectrum. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated pyridoxine was significantly increased by 14.44% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from (C8H12NO3) + to m/z 171 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. Similarly, in the GC-MS chromatograms, the peak area of the treated sample was significantly increased by 100.63% compared to the control sample. Similarly, the mass peak intensity of the treated pyridoxine at m/z 153 was increased by 1.1% compared to the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) and peak area in the treated pyridoxine was significantly increased compared to the control sample. The decreased isotopic abundance ratio of the treated pyridoxine may increase the intra-atomic bond strength, increase its physical stability. The increased peak area of the treated pyridoxine might be responsible for the increase in solubility and bioavailability compared to the control sample. The new form of pyridoxine would be better for designing more efficacious nutraceutical formulations for the prevention and treatment of pyridoxine deficiency, anemia, seizures, cardiovascular disease, tuberculosis, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, anxiety, hypertension, asthma, depression, dysmenorrhea, breast pain, etc.

Biofield and Fungicide Seed Treatment Influences on Soybean Productivity, Seed Quality and Weed Community
Subject
The topic of the resource
Agriculture
Description
An account of the resource
<p style="text-align:justify;">Soybean production in Iowa USA is among the most productive for rainfed regions in the world. Despite generally having excellent soils, growing season temperatures and rainfall, soybean yields are decreased by weed interference and inadequate available soil water at key stages of crop development. A field study was conducted at two locations in Iowa in 2012 to determine if seed-applied fungicide or biofield treatments influenced weed community, soil volumetric water concentration and soybean yield and quality. Application of biofield treatment resulted in lower density of tall waterhemp density, greater soybean stand density at R8 stage and greater seed pod–1 compared to the absence of seed fungicide and biofield. Soil volumetric water content varied by seed fungicide x biofield x date interaction but differences were not consistent among treatment combinations. Overall, seed fungicide and biofield treatments had similar effects on soybean productivity, however additional research is necessary to determine if biofield treatment is a suitable replacement for seed fungicide application.</p>

Description
An account of the resource
<p style="text-align:justify;">The current study aimed to evaluate the effect of Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) based herbomineral formulation on various skin health parameters. The test formulation consisted of minerals (zinc, selenate, and molybdenum), L-ascorbic acid, along with Centella asiatica extract, and tetrahydrocurcumin (THC). The test formulation and DMEM were divided into two parts, one part of each was treated with the Biofield Energy Treatment by Aksana Hancharuk and denoted as treated group, while other part was coded as the untreated groups. Skin parameters against various cell lines such as HFF-1, HaCaT and B16-F10 were examined with the combination of Biofield Treated (BT) and untreated test formulation (UT) with DMEM. MTT assay result showed that the test formulation was found to be safe and nontoxic at tested concentrations. Human fibroblast cell proliferation using BrdU method showed a significant increased cell proliferation by 91.51% and 201.14% in different Biofield Energy Treated groups. UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group showed an increased level of collagen by 64.58% (2.5 µg/mL) and 55.55% (1.25 µg/mL), respectively compared with the untreated group. Similarly, elastin synthesis was increased in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group by 21.96% and 11.42% at concentration 10 and 5 µg/mL, respectively compared to the untreated group. However, hyaluronic acid level was increased by 14.02% and 6.57% at concentrations 1.25 and 0.625 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group compared with the untreated group. Moreover, inhibition of melanin synthesis was observed by 12.95% and 17.86% (0.125 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation and BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation groups, respectively compared with the untreated group in B16-F10 melanoma cell line. Anti-wrinkling activity in HFF-1 cells showed a notable cell viability in all the groups at various concentrations, i.e. in UT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation, BT-DMEM + UT-Test formulation, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test formulation group by 15.68%, 36.47%, and 29.64%, respectively at 2.5 µg/mL compared with the untreated group. The significant wound healing activity was reported in scratch assay in HFF-1 and HaCaT cells due to the significantly higher cellular migration of fibroblast and keratinocytes. Therefore, Biofield Energy Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) based test formulation and cell medium might be a suitable approach for the development for herbal cosmetics and formulations as anti-wrinkling, skin-whitening, anti-ageing, and rejuvenating action. It can improve the overall skin health care against many skin disorders such as Eczema, diaper rash, seborrheic dermatitis, chickenpox, measles, warts, acne, hives, ringworm, Rosacea, psoriasis, skin cancer, etc.</p>

Organ Health
Description
An account of the resource
<p style="text-align:justify;">The aim was to study the effect of the Consciousness Energy Treated test formulation on vital organ functions viz. bones, heart, liver, lungs, and brain in various cell-based assays. The test formulation and the cell media were divided into two parts; one untreated (UT) and other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alan Joseph Balmer, USA and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) test formulation/media. Cell viability data suggested that the test formulation was found as safe and non-toxic in six different cells. The Biofield Energy Treated medium (BT-Med) + Biofield Energy Treated Test Item (BT-TI) group showed 181% and 82.2% restoration of cell viability at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in human cardiac fibroblasts cells (HCF) compared to the UT-Med + UT-TI group. The UT-Med + BT-TI group showed 126.8% and 86.3% restoration of cell viability at 10 and 25 µg/mL, respectively with respect to the untreated group in human hepatoma cells (HepG2). Furthermore, 101.2% (at 10 µg/mL), 103.6% (at 10 µg/mL) and 135% (at 25 µg/mL) restoration of cell viability was observed in adenocarcinomic human alveolar basal epithelial cells (A549) by UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively compared to the untreated. The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level was significantly increased by 90%, 87.3% and 86.9% in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63) compared to the untreated. Additionally, the level of ALP was significantly increased by 137% in the BT-Med + UT-TI group in human endometrial adenocarcinoma cells (Ishikawa) at 1 µg/mL compared to the untreated. The percent protection of HCF (heart) cells (decreased of LDH activity) was significantly increased by 52.1%, 65.9% and 63.5% at 1 µg/mL in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively as compared to the untreated in HCF cells. The percent protection of HepG2 (liver) cells (decreased of ALT activity) was significantly increased by 157% and 58.9% at 0.1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-Med + BT-TI group compared to the untreated group in HepG2 cells. The percent protection of A549 (lungs) cells (increased of SOD activity) was significantly increased by 168% and 135.4% in the UT-Med + BT-TI group at 10 and 25 µg/mL, respectively; while, 137% at 10 µg/mL in the BT-Med + UT-TI group as compared to the untreated group. Serotonin level was significantly increased by 50.8% (at 63 µg/mL), 78.8% (at 63 µg/mL) and 52.7% (at 1 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI, BT-Med + UT-TI, and BT-Med + BT-TI groups, respectively as compared to the untreated in human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y). The relative quantification (RQ) of vitamin D receptor (VDR) was significantly increased by 265.5% (at 0.1 µg/mL) and 253.4% (at 1 µg/mL) in the UT-Med + BT-TI group; while 335.3% (at 0.1 µg/mL) in the BT-Med + BT-TI group compared to the untreated in MG-63 cells. Overall, these results suggest that Biofield Treated test formulation significantly improved the relevant bones, heart, liver, lungs and brain-related biomarkers. Altogether data suggest that the Biofield Energy Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) can be useful to protect and maintain the normal function of each vital organ such as lungs, liver, heart, brain, and bones. Therefore, The Trivedi Effect® can be used as a complementary and alternative therapy against several disorders such as coronary artery disease, heart attack, heart failure, arrhythmias, congenital heart disease, cirrhosis, cardiomyopathy, Wilson disease, liver cancer, hemochromatosis, pneumonia, asthma, cystic fibrosis, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, osteoporosis, etc.</p>

Influence of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Isotopic Abundance Ratio of Sulfamethoxazole Using LC-MS and GC-MS Spectrometry
Subject
The topic of the resource
Materials Science
Description
An account of the resource
"Sulfamethoxazole is a broad spectrum antibiotic especially used for the treatment of infections caused by bacteria. This study was performed to investigate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of sulfamethoxazole using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. Sulfamethoxazole sample was divided into two parts, one part of sulfamethoxazole was considered as control (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was treated with The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as a treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) 2.5 minutes exhibited the mass of the deprotonated molecular ion peak at m/z 252 [M-H]- (calculated for C10H10N3O3S-, 252.04). The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM in the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly increased by 44.67% compared with the control sample. Thus, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, and 33S contributions from (C10H10N3O3S)- to m/z 253 in the treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The control and treated sulfamethoxazole showed the presence of a chromatographic peak at the retention time of 16.91 min in the GC-MS chromatograms. The peak area% of the treated sample was significantly increased by 80.3% compared to the control sample.
The GC-MS based isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the treated sulfamethoxazole was significantly increased by 24.13% and 90.53%, respectively compared with the control sample. Hence, 13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, 18O, 33S, and 34S contributions from (C10H10N3O3S)+ to m/z 254 and 255 in the Biofield Energy Treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+2/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O or 33S/32S) and PM+2/PM (18O/16O or 34S/32S) in the treated sulfamethoxazole were significantly altered compared to the control sample. It can be assumed that the changes in isotopic abundance and mass peak intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of neutrino particles via The Trivedi Effect®- Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The new form of sulfamethoxazole would be better designing novel pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better solubility, dissolution, absorption, bioavailability and therapeutic response against urinary tract infections, ear infections, tuberculosis, traveler’s diarrhea, shigellosis, bronchitis, and pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, etc."

Description
An account of the resource
"Folic acid (vitamin B9 or folate) is one of the water-soluble B vitamins obtained from the foods and supplements,
which have many functions in the body and also used for the prevention and treatment of folic acid deficiency
disorders. This study was designed to investigate the impact of The Trivedi Effect®-Biofield Energy Healing
Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of folic acid using LC-MS spectroscopy.
The folic acid sample was divided into two parts, one part of folic acid was considered as the control sample (no
Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part was treated with The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness
Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as the
treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both the samples at retention time (Rt) 1.83 minutes exhibited the mass
of the molecular ion peak at 441.92 (calcd for C19H20N7O6+, 442.15) along with low molecular fragmented mass
peaks at m/z 295.17, 267.17, 250. 25, and 208 for C14H11N6O2+, C12H15N2O5+, C12H12NO5+, and C11H14NO3+, respectively
were also observed. The isotopic abundance ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O)
in the treated folic acid was significantly increased by 69.80% compared with the control sample.
Hence, the 13C, 2H, 15N, and 17O contributions from C19H20N7O6+ to m/z 442.75 in the Biofield Energy
Treated sample were significantly increased compared with the control sample. The isotopic abundance
ratio of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O) in the Biofield Energy Treated folic acid was
significantly increased compared to the control sample. It can be assumed that the changes in isotopic
abundance and mass peak intensities due to changes in nuclei possibly through the interference of

of Biofield Energy Treated folic acid would be better designing novel pharmaceutical formulations that
might offer better therapeutic responses against glossitis, diarrhea, confusion, depression, anemia,
gray hair, mouth sores, poor growth, swollen tongue, congenital deformities, embryonic defects, altered
memory and brain function, leuco- and thrombocytopenia, cardiovascular disease, neural tube defects,
and malignancies, risk of potentially developing allergic diseases, long-term risk of lower bone density,

Impact of Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the Isotopic Abundance Ratio Analysis of Pyridoxine HCl Using LC-MS and GC-MS Spectrometry
Subject
The topic of the resource
Material Science
Description
An account of the resource
"Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is a water-soluble vitamin commonly found in food and also provided using dietary
supplements. It plays an important role in the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters and maintaining
healthy levels of homocysteine, the amino acid in the blood, gluconeogenesis, immune function, haemoglobin
formation, etc. This study was performed to determine the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Biofield
Energy Healing Treatment on the structural properties and the isotopic abundance ratio of pyridoxine hydrochloride
using LC-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy. Pyridoxine HCl sample was divided into two parts, one
part of pyridoxine was considered as control (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second
part was treated with the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned
Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as a treated sample. The LC-MS spectra of both
the control and Biofield Energy Treated pyridoxine hydrochloride samples at retention time 2.33 minutes
exhibited the mass of the protonated molecular ion peak [M+H]+ at m/z 170 (calculated for C8H12NO3
+,
170.08) with 100% base peak intensity in the MS spectrum in +ve ion mode was found to be pyridoxine.
The LC-MS based isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM and PM+2/PM in the treated pyridoxine were
significantly increased by 20.45% and 116.67%, respectively compared with the control sample. Thus,
13C, 2H, 15N, 17O, and 18O contributions from (C8H12NO3)+ to m/z 171 and 172 in the treated sample were
significantly increased compared with the control sample. Similarly, in the GC-MS chromatograms, the
peak area% of the treated sample was increased by 4.06% compared to the control sample. But the mass
peak intensity of the treated pyridoxine at m/z 151 was significantly decreased by 14.16% compared
to the control sample. The isotopic abundance ratios of PM+1/PM (2H/1H or 13C/12C or 15N/14N or 17O/16O),
PM+2/PM (18O/16S), and peak area% in the treated pyridoxine were significantly increased compared to the
control sample. It can be assumed that the changes in isotopic abundance, peak area%, and mass peak
intensities could be due to changes in nuclei possibly via the interference of neutrino particles controlled
by The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment. The new form of pyridoxine HCl would
be better for designing novel pharmaceutical formulations which would be more soluble, absorbable, and
bioavailable, that might offer better therapeutic response for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B6
deficiency, anaemia, seizures, cardiovascular disease, tuberculosis, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, anxiety,
hypertension, asthma, depression, dysmenorrhea, breast pain, etc."
